Emerald Computers — Local services in Sun City

I'm new to the area, so I did a bunch of research to find a Computer repair shop that wasn't run out of a residential home and that had good reviews. Came across Emerald Computers and went to the Sun City location ( just an FYI, they don't have a sign on the building yet, but they do have a banner in the window). My desktop Comp had started making a horrible noise and then would automatically shut off. Matt was there, and he was able to hook it up and do diagnostics on it while I watched 👀 . He did an amazing job explaining what was the problem and then gave me a few options to correct it. I picked the option within my budget and he was actually able to get it fixed and working fine while I was out running other errands for a couple hours. He also hooked it back up and did the same diagnostics while I was there to make sure it ran fine for about 20 minutes. ( I can't promise that he would be able to jump right on your problem the same way, but I know he would if he could!) GREAT JOB MATT!! THANKS I DEFINITELY...

A week or so ago, I decided to give Emerald Computers a try as opposed to going to a big box store. I met Matt, who listened intently to the issue I was having that I needed to be resolved that same day (I had a crucial video call scheduled the next day). Rather than just selling me a new computer, Matt conducted a thorough evaluation and test of my current computer to determine if the issue might be correctable for less than the cost of buying another computer. At the conclusion of it all, I decided to buy a refurbished computer (I didn't need/want a brand new computer) that met my specific needs. Emerald's in-store selection of the latter is numerous and at very reasonable prices to fit any budget. Matt's customer service was A+ and as a result, Emerald Computers has earned by future business for any computer needs I have...

Braxton at the Sun City location is a complete pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, honest, fair and personable. The screen replacement on my laptop was completed efficiently with 'care'; something that is unfortunately not the the norm these days. Price was much less than others in the area and I had complete confidence in him from the start. While testing it, he even fixed a glitch that I had forgotten about so my machine works as good as new - BONUS! I'll be returning next time I need computer support thanks to the excellent customer service...
