Eclipse Craft Brewing Company — Local services in Sunbury

I only recently found about this place and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did.

There was a good range of beers (12 of them in all) that included everything from a very hoppy IPA to a raspberry honey beer to a sour mango witbier to a Belgian-style quad. As you'd expect some of them were very intensely flavored and some less so, and it's probably safe to say there's something here for everyone. They offer flights, which meant I could try all 12 of their beers.

The food offerings are fairly basic - pizzas, strombolis and the like. If you want gourmet cuisine you won't get it here. If you want decent pub food it's fine. We had a couple of their pizzas and ordered a third to take home with us. There's a decent selection on offer.

The waitress was friendly and welcoming and made us feel like valued customers. For those who are interested, I noticed she wiped down areas after customers left.

It's certainly a place I plan to visit again. If it wasn't quite so far from home I'd visit...

We had our first encounter with Eclipse Brewing the day of Riverfest, and it was WONDERFUL! We had pizza..very good! Cindy had wine..very good! I had Scottish Ale and English Ale. As a side note one of my great disappointments about many craft brewers is their tendency to try to “out hop” each other with the result being bitter, way too bitter! These two, Scottish and English, are in my opinion, the best ale I have ever tasted.....and I’ve had a “few.” Last, our waitress was perfect, engaging with a sly sense of humor, punctuality perfect also...to me that counts for two of the stars alone. I’m not sure how you go to a craft beer brewing company and get the absolute best pizza that I’ve eaten in years, maybe ever, but that’s what happened. The pizza and service was outstanding and the place was clean and absolutely spotless. I don’t know about other people, but I just can’t tolerate any business with bad “restrooms”. Probably most place have “so-so” restrooms, but these restrooms were so spotless and smelled so good that it puts the restrooms at Buckee’s to shame (and I didn’t think that those could be beat by any business).
