Do not buy from Sports Zone Toys & Comics. Watched one of their YouTube videos where they opened a 2024 Panini Phoenix Football Hobby Blaster Box. Went to their website and there is only one listing for 2024 Panini Phoenix Football blaster boxes. The pictures show the Hobby Blaster with “4 Parallels Per Box” language on the side of the box. Bought three of them on May 18th. They don’t print the shipping label until May 20th. Don’t hand it over to USPS until May 22nd. When the delivery comes, they shipped three Retail Blasters that say “3 Parallels Per Box” on the side. A completely different product. I emailed them about it on May 24th and 29th, and left a voicemail May 30th. No response. Completely ghosted. They shipped the wrong product and did not respond to multiple reach outs. This is a total scam!! Jason bailets canceled my order too on eBay and now it’s going to take 3-5 business days for me to get my money back. A total of over 560$. Jason claimed to another person on this review thread that he refunded him within 5 minutes but I can confirm that I also won’t be getting my money back for 3-5 business days. There was absolutely no valid reason to cancel this order, and due to the numerous other complaints about his eBay service on here I’m assuming this is a total scam. Jason, if you would like to resolve this then do the right thing and sell me the product that I bought at the price I paid, and I will take this comment down. I don’t live far from sunbury so I can even come pick it up. Until then, this comment will stay up. Go ANYWHERE...

I was very unsatisfied. The boss is very impolite. I go to walk to the door he cuts me off to get his mail then opens the door and let's it shut in front of me. Then as im in there looking at his stuff after all that he tells me his customer to move and to get out of his way when there was another way to get around. I do not understand why someone would do that to a customer. Especially after what the country just made it out of. Also, I saw his stuff was very over priced. I will NOT be coming back. I suggest no one goes to Sports Zone Toys & Comics. If you go it is on you but I'm telling you I WILL NEVER GO...
