Iron Vines Winery — Restaurant in Sunbury

I bought a bottle of wine* *southern red at the Bloomsburg Wine Festival tasted great at the stand, opened it up last night to enjoy and it was spoiled! had an awful oder and taste. Definitely something wrong! I paid over $20 for a bottle of wine i can't drink....I never had this problem b4 and have been to many wine festivals. My husband who doesn't even drink wine said it smelled awful. I'd like a refund! I appreciate your response I don't live that close to you I stored it correctly in same place and temperature as my other red wines i loved it that day in fact was first bottle I bought and we enjoyed other bottles from your stand....idk why MY bottle would have been bad. While visiting the area for the weekend we decided to check out this local winery. First things first.. don't judge a book by its cover. The exterior may be humble and worn, but the interior is fun, artsy, and cool. We had wine flights which led to some bottle purchases.. enough said. Their menu offered a great selection and we had no problem choosing items to try. I also suggest trying the pretzel with mustard.. damn, possibly the best soft pretzel ever. The staff was friendly and the owner Dave was great for conversation sharing some history of both the company and building. Aaaamazing hidden gem in Sunbury. Came here for a fundraiser/performance by an Elvis impersonator, had a ton of fun, the place is very cozy and feels like you’re sitting in your own home. The people are amazing, staff are down to earth and really cool. The design of the place is just absolutely incredible. Pictures don’t do it justice, they have decorations ranging from antiques, to vintage pieces, beautiful furniture, and funny signs. The bathrooms also had a shower with a mannequin in it😂 The wings I ordered were tasty.
