Not good customer service at all have been trying to get ahold of the manager there they changed the price on me he’s been hiding it seems I have been being played with in regards to my money and time here the recent time I called the employee decided to talk over me and argue as though I am not a customer service and as though the service isn’t important if your calls are recorded great tell that employee that employee needs to do better that is not how you handle customers at all much less speak over or argue with them. I do not recommend other better are places with better deals just use they 50% here and leave bc they’ll end up changing prices on you not be reliable and often not a flat fixed rate for the most part like the other ones. Worst customer service I’ve ever had from a manager especially all of they’re bud that says they have “deals” on is filled with nothing but stems and seeds so unless you want to sit there for a few hours picking apart your bud from the stems and seeds go ahead and make sure you shop here it was the biggest waist of gas and time and all they had to compensate me was a $40 8th that’s not even as good as what they give you at cookies in the pre rolls for free save your time and get these suckers off the block lol ! I was so happy to find Elevation here!. As a loyal customer of the mothership in Nevada City, I found dispensaries New Mexico ( In CA, too ) below their standards. Can you imagine me finding Elevation 1/2 the country away? I also found Justin, who was an original bud master in NC, now manages this one in Mexico. In my informed opinion, he's done a great job.
