Unexpectedly poor service after being a client many years back. I haven’t been here for many reasons but wanted to give this place a chance once again to support local businesses due to this pandemic. Called made a appointment. As I walked in Jen automatically told me I’m not one her clients she can’t do my nails and I told her but I made a appointment for powdered nail refill she made many excuses to get out from working on my nails and finally she told me rudely to sit down I’m like ok sorry you having a ruff morning start. I should known it’s just a sign don’t get your nails done walk out thank her for her time but I sat down to help my locally businesses. My FAV nail place to go to!! Jan & her husband are SO nice & they both do a super good job on my full sets! I appreciate that they do not up-charge for filing a certain shape on my nails unlike the salon Nail Design does. I usually get gel nails & I’ll tell Jan what color I’m wanting & she’ll pull shades for me that she thinks I would like. The prices have gone up since COVID but I fully understand since their business was closed for so long but I still don’t mind spending the money & coming here! Waited a long time and it was expensive! My aunt went in to get a fill which was supposed to be $15 and she got gel which at the regular salon she goes to charges $5. This place charged us $40 just to do the gel! They kept saying it was cause they did shellac but they are the same thing. The overall price didn't make any sense to me, they charged us $41 total.
