El Mejor Taquito — Restaurant in Sunnyside

I asked a friend who loves in sunnyside about the best place to get a burrito and in was sent to El Mejor Taquito! I came in about 1:30pm and it was pretty open. We're were greeted quickly and the guy working answered some questions about the menu. Ultimately, I decided I had to go with the carne asada burrito....which is often my measure of a Mexican restaurant. This thing was huge and I shouldn't have finished it....but I did and felt like I needed a nap an hour later! It was a perfect mix of meat, rice, beans, and salsa! They really lost their touch !!! I have been a fan of their food! So during the cinco de mayo event I went to sunnyside ; as i have moved out of town and it was trash !!! Salsa was still on point but the tacos were garbage for 10 tacos and three aquas frescas I paid 44 and I’m happy I did not pay more ! Me and my adult kids were disappointed and disgusted!!! Don’t know if this is the same but the taco truck by the smoke and vape took one bit and the food was nasty too greasy and the guy that was working there kept touching everything and not wash his hands I got food poisoning will not go back again!! Shame visiting from outta town and people recommend this place but...
