After Reaching Home and while Started the eating KFC/Dinner with my Family, Founds out That Their was One Item of (10 Hot Wings) Price $9.03 was Missing. When i Decided to file Complaint over the Phone to the KFC Restaurant Manager. Found out the Manager wasn't Available. So they put me with Female Supervisor and Without Apologizing for missing item, She Said you can come back and get your Missing item Back. My Question to her that Supervisor is that Would you go back for Missing item while you are having Dinner with your Family. Its was already inconvenience for me and my family that one big Item was missing for one of my family member, who's that item was going to be Meal/Dinner. This is not the 1st Time this had Happen with my Order. I go to this KFC Location pretty much every week Because I Own Lodging Business and I Order most of the times $70 to $80 every week and every single time my order always have item missing. Now i feel like they just Cheating Customer by Charging them but Not giving their item for what they Pay. I think this KFC Location People are simply Fraud. if this can Happen to me every time then God Know how many people daily they doing this...

I asked to talk to the manager...I was told it would be 10 to 15 mins that she would even talk to me .... Pretty depressing when you can't even speak to a manager that doesn't have time for their customers. Not a single piece of chicken made nor prepped. I went through the drive-thru got a famous bowl ordered it without corn but once I got home realize that there was corn I called and a female employee told me to call back and speak with the manager Gabriel tomorrow and they would be able to fix my order. Upon calling back the following day manager Gabriel spoke to me very rude as if I were lying about their mistake and kept insisting that there was a manager here that night who I could have spoke to. I will never go back to this...
