I ordered tacos for the kids 2 asada 5 adobada tacos and 1 torta de adobada I asked for no chile on the food since the kids would be eating it. The 2 different kinds of meats it’s self was spicy spicy and when I called to complain the lady tried to tell me that level of “spicy” was normal. I love chile the spicier the better and these were too hot for me after talking in 500+ circles with the lady on the phone I finally gave up and hung up the phone and ordered pizza for dinner. Placed a order on the phone sent my boyfriend to pick it up when he came back we noticed we were missing a plate so when we went back to explain the lady said that I was overcharged for the amount then she said that wasn’t what I was charged then after a few minutes another lady came out and said that she wasn’t adding the order correctly so they then proceeded to say that I didn’t get charged for the item I was missing but they wouldn’t show me a receipt . Also when trying to explain the situation the lady was rude and giving attitude , so...

Tacos are really good. Tripas are always nice and crispy. Like how they add all the extras. Bad thing is the wait is crazy and EVERY and I mean EVERY time we go, they never seem to do as we ask. My husband always orders the chicken hot chee-too burrito. He always asks for veggies with it. Not in it but with it. Always asks them to put them on the side. They NEVER EVER do as he asks. Seems like it bothers them when we ask for extra salsa verde. No thank you at all what so ever. Even after I said thank you and have a goodnight....
