BMO Bank N.A Branches — Local services in Sunnyvale

I've been a customer of this bank since 2017 when I financed my last car. As i've done before, I parked here intending to grab a boba and then use the bank. i returned to my parked car and found this paper had been placed under my wiper after not even ten minutes of being parked in a row of empty spaces. I'll never come back to this location after this experience. I get it if someone parks their car for hours or overnight but less than ten minutes when the row is empty is a serious problem, and on top of that there was an assumption made that I am not going to use the bank. Well, the branch manager got their wish because I didn't use their ATM and likely won't ever again. I'll be writing a complaint to BMO...
