Terrible we sat down as a group and had to ask for everything to get it no water for 10min then had to ask for more cups brought half the drinks after 20min then other half we had ask for! Brought food out had to ask for silverware napkins they brought out two sets of utensils for 10 people with two cloth napkins. The rest of us got paper towels out of the bathroom. Food came out. The lettuce was rotten Brown slimy horrible! The salad was $20 with chicken. I had a club sandwich that came out with two slices of Oscar Meyer turkey mind you that was $19. The flatbread pizzas came out with half the ingredients because they were out of the ingredients but did not mention that just brought the food half done ! this place needs a whole new facelift. The server had no idea what she was doing and had a terrible attitude when we asked her for each thing like that she should’ve already brought to the table, the other server that was helping her had no idea what was going on as well had to literally asked for each thing, including the table to be cleaned before we sat down . We were not the only customers upset. We watched multiple people go up and complain asking for things. The price point of this place average is $20-$30 per plate. The drinks are terrible a 16 ounce beer came with a out 4 in head of foam on it. It’s not...

I had a free drink ticket so I figured I'd have dinner too. Had a burger and fries. The burger was verrry basic and wasn't seasoned at all. Even with the bacon and cheese ($5 extra), the meat tasted plain and definitely had an overly high fat content, which is cheaper. Asked for medium rare (lots of pink) and received medium well (a hint of pink).

For a burger that is over $20, I expected way better. Also, fries were basic and not seasoned.

It's convenient being in the hotel, but I wouldn't eat there again for that high price and low quality. It's easy to find a restaurant or food truck...

Stuck here for a work trip I’ve tried the food twice now and it’s been extraordinarily terrible both times. There is nothing in walking distance so their prices are competing with DoorDash, and honestly that’s probably money...
