OWNER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMER LOYALTY OR CUSTOMER RETENTION:
I regularly visit this liquor store (at least once a week) to buy my vapes because they have the best prices in my area. I usually buy two at a time. This time, two days later, I went there to buy my usual two vapes, and went about my business. I finished my first vape with no issues, when I opened and unwrapped the second vape it was completely dead. I had suspicions when I first made this purchase because the one the clerk gave me had a thick film of dust on it which I thought meant it had been there for quite a while but I didn't think it would be an issue, if there were any issues, especially being a regular customer, I thought I would be able to explain the situation to the owner and be allowed to get a replacement. I went back yesterday, the owner was there and recognized me, I told him about what happened, I bought these two vapes two days ago as per my usual routine, the first one I had no issues with, however when I opened the second vape it was completely dead, the battery didn't even flash like they normally do when you use the whole product and there isn't enough charge anymore. This one, the light doesn't even come on at all. The owner told me that he had a strict no return/no refund policy after you leave the store with your vape. I understand this is to prevent abuse from people constantly bringing back vapes that they actually used entirely and I understand the responsibility is on me to test his products before I leave the store; however, I'm a regular customer, he knows me when I walk in, I buy the same products every time, and this is the first time I've ever had a problem. It seems odd to me that he's willing to sacrifice regular business with a loyal customer rather than admit there are mitigating circumstances in this particular case and try and help explore any possible solutions. I don't appreciate business that care only about their bottom line rather than the customers who support them. I would seriously consider going elsewhere if you plan on becoming a repest customer. This place does not care about the loyalty of their customers and only are here to serve one time transactions. The more you shop here, the more likely you are to encounter a problem and they will not go out of the way...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just went here (I am a regular customer and each time I go there I spend minimum $45 up to $90 or $100) and I was coming to purchase a bottle of Courvoisier. It is directly behind the register. The bottle is on the shelf advertised (sign is present right there on the shelf) for 750mL for $29.99, but when the young man at the counter rung the bottle up, it stated $35 on the register. When I brought this to his attention he tells me that the price went up. I'm trying to educate this individual and the other, slightly older young man working there at this moment, that "Merchant/Consumer" 101, if you have a product clearly advertised for a specific price, you sale it for that price. It is not my fault you have your sign up advertising a specific price. I asked for the Manager of the store and was conveniently told he was not there at the moment. WELL I WON'T BE RETURNING!! Take HEED customers, they are Falsely Advertising ITEMS (MANY of these false sale prices are advertised throughout this store to attract customers)! WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!! They have lost a Valued Customer. Always Remember, the best Advertisement is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAlthough this location is very convenient for me because it is within walking distance from my home the older gentleman on several occasions has been somewhat rude and in the past I just attributed to possibly being his personality. However tonight is my last night purchasing from there. I don't like it when I pay with my card, I have to hand them my card for them to insert it into the machine. The machine should be facing the customer like most places. Tonight I insisted on putting my card into the machine especially since the Old gentleman had just put his hand in mop water that they had finished mopping the floor and then wanted to take my card to insert it into the machine for payment. He was a bit combative at my insistence and told the other employee next time don't turn it around well as for me there will not be...
