Bonefish Grill reeled us in with a dazzling dinner last night, a veritable symphony of seafood and steak that had our taste buds doing a joyous jig. We dove headfirst into the shrimp lunquine and clams, and let me tell you, they were like little briny treasures from the deep. Perfectly plump and cooked to tender perfection, they burst with ocean freshness, each bite a tiny explosion of flavor. The accompanying sauce was a tangy counterpoint, a splash of citrus that accentuated the clams' sweetness.
Next, we cast our lines for the surf & turf, and oh boy, did it land a bullseye! The steak was cooked to our precise liking, a beautiful char on the outside giving way to juicy, melt-in-your-mouth goodness within. The seasoning was spot-on, a subtle but satisfying dance of savory notes that didn't overpower the inherent deliciousness of the beef. And then there were the shrimp, plump and succulent, bathed in a buttery, garlicky sauce that whispered of lemon and herbs. Each bite was a decadent marriage of land and sea, a testament to the culinary artistry at Bonefish Grill.
But wait, the ocean bounty didn't stop there! We couldn't resist a foray into the realm of salmon, and here again, Bonefish Grill didn't disappoint. The fish was cooked to a delicate flake, its richness balanced by a light, flavorful glaze. Every forkful was a reminder that sometimes, simplicity is the key to unlocking true culinary magic.
The service was just as top-notch as the food. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with the expertise of a seasoned captain. They were always there to refill our water glasses, answer questions, and offer recommendations, making the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable.
So, if you're looking for a delightful dive into the world of fresh seafood and perfectly cooked steaks, Bonefish Grill is your catch of the day. With its impeccable service, vibrant atmosphere, and dishes that sing of the sea's bounty, it's an experience that will leave you hooked and wanting more. We'll definitely be back for another reel-y good time soon!
Tip: Don't forget to ask about the daily specials! You might just discover your new favorite dish.
I hope this review captures the essence of your delicious Bonefish Grill experience!

Read moreBonefish, Plantation, FL location. Gave two stars for the 2 waitstaff that showed some type of care for me and my husband. There was a third female who waited at our table briefly who was rushed and had no warmth in her interaction with us. Told her I didn’t need water, she just shrugged my instruction off and said “ok” quite dismissively then left. The water remained at our table. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it and in the service industry workers have to be on their ‘A’ game when providing services to customers. Secondly, it was my husband’s birthday. Asked 3 waitstaff on 3 different occasions if it was possible to make it a bit special by singing happy birthday to him. It was special for us because my husband is up there in his golden age so I wanted it to be special. First time at Bonefish. He really wanted to spend his birthday eating there. Once again, Bonefish disappointed us. All 3 waitstaff told us that’s not the policy at Bonefish. Then the unthinkable happened. Heard and saw 2 of the same waitstaff singing happy birthday to another table then a few minutes later at yet another table within close proximity to ours. WE FELT SO SLIGHTED! A slap in the face. Of course, I had to ask why the difference with singing for others and not for us. Answer? One that insulted my intelligence. Still confused. Essentially, the takeaway from the 3 waitstaff answers were that the singing was done at Bonefish’s discretion 🤔 Needless to say, I truly wanted my husband’s birthday to continue being a happy one and not make the Bonefish experience put a damper on a wonderful birthday that he was having until we went to Bonefish. We ended tipping 2 of the 3 waitstaff simply because of how clearly empathetic they both were to our situation. So, kudos to the young man, Deon and the young lady, I believe her name is Stacey or something close to that name. The food was okay nothing to write home about. We’ve had more tasty food at other restaurants and more portions for the cost factor. Overall, not the experience my husband and I were looking forward to. Have no desire to dine at Bonefish in the...
Read moreWe have been going to this Bonefish Grill for over 13 years and at least once a month. The bartenders are awesome! They know our names and what we drink. They are so personable and give 5 star service. However, the female manager that works there is nasty. She was there on April 18th in the evening. I ordered my usual steak. The restaurant was very busy so we had to wait about 30 minutes for our food. Not a problem. My food came out and I cut into the steak, it was cold. I asked to have it sent back. I always order my steak medium. So, after about 20 more minutes, my food came out for the second time. It was cold again and medium rare. I told the bartender to please send it back. A few minutes later, the female manager came over. I told her it was cold and undercooked. She got defensive and said, " it isn't cold. I brought it out myself and I touched it. It was hot.' First of all it was cold, it was undercooked and why would someone without gloves be touching my food?? I was with three other friends who work at another Bonefish. One of my friends said 'it's undercooked '. To which the manager replied, 'I know you work at Bonefish'. And? I was the one who complained why did she need to get nasty with my friend? So, after being nasty and short she asked me what I wanted to do. I said to just take it off of the check. She snatched my plate and walked off mumbling something under her breath. The couple sitting next to us said 'she was just outright nasty'. I was actually shocked at her behavior. I will never, ever be a patron at this location again. I will go to another Bonefish with my three friends and spend $200 elsewhere. If this is the type of manager that you employ, I'll pass. It's too bad that her rude uncalled behavior, witnessed by other patrons as well, ruined one of my...
