A neighbor referred us, and Thank God we finally called Klintons Flooring! Neighbor told us Klinton was the only one who figured out what was leaking causing soft spots on her floor. He readily fixed her floors, and she said he did a great job totally rectifying her sagging soft flooring. He also.didn’t push a whole new floor on her or up-charge her like most other contractors do quite often! Klinton is truly a GODSEND! He and his crew did a fantastic job and finished under time constraints that we inadvertently placed upon them. Like our neighbor, Klintons Flooring fixed our vinyl plank flooring only where it was necessary. They did such a thorough job, as they had to tear up the rotten wood subflooring and replace it, added underlayment to make sure floors were even and replaced the floor planks. It was harder and more involved since they had to first carefully remove the planks to salvage as much as possible before removing the warped sub flooring. It was not just simply installing the plank—it was definitely way more labor intensive. We greatly appreciate Klinton and his crew’s expertise and professionalism in efficiently completing this much needed job for us on a Saturday in such a narrow window of time! The workers also were very careful, tidy and thoroughly cleaned up as well. Another area of concern was identified by the front door which luckily isn’t as bad as what they wonderfully fixed for us! Klinton offered to have that repaired on the spot, but since we were expecting guests, they arranged for a future convenient time to come back. Would you believe they are willing to return on the 4thr of July weekend!? What an amazing company, a miracle to us! This was our 3rd time working with Klinton’s and our last for sure! Quoted a 3 week job to redo shower, take out kitchenette and make walk in closet and lay flooring throughout the master bedroom, bath and closet. Started work 2 days late which would not have been a big deal but I took vacation so I could be here while they were working (they knew this) worked 1 day and then said they had to wait for the Electrician. We were then talked into leaving the keys so Eric could work on our place without me being here. 3 months 2 weeks job complete to their satisfaction not mine. New vanity gouged, my sink is permanently scratched and the light switch is in the back of the closet. Our new closet doors need trimmed due to new flooring and so how they were in the trash bin. They are all scuffed up need repainted and where they trimmed the bottoms needs sanded to get the cut smooth. The trim paint is a cream color and I gave Eric a gallon of the correct color, yet all the new trim is white mixed with the cream that was there. Our key was left under the door mat for anyone to find. This job was done in May and I waited till now thinking I did not want to post out of anger and being upset with how we were treated. Now 4 months later i still feel the same. If you can watch every step and have the job in writing 100% detail then maybe it would be ok to go with Klinton’s because what they did do correctly looks great. If you can’t babysit them then...

I met with Klinton in November at my home and discussed with him the addition of LVP in My Home throughout the first floor. This included bedrooms, closets, and intersection with ceramic tile in the master bath. Klinton quickly came back with a very cost-effective quote and a target date based on the leadtime to receive the product from the manufacturer. Klinton kept me advised and his team worked constantly with the manufacturer to try and improve the availability date. The manufacturer delivered, Klinton contacted me that day and asked if his team could install the next day. We agreed. His team of installers are second to none in Brunswick County.
