Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Sunset Beach

I am frustrated with this location. We ordered food last night online. It accepted the address and confirmed our delivery. We received a call about 40 minutes later from the driver stating he was at our location. He was not. He was at the location in South Myrtle. We were in North Myrtle and verified on the confirmation from Papa Johns that we had put that. We had. We explained this to the driver who said he was not allowed to drive that far (10 minutes or so). We asked what we were supposed to do. He stated he did not know, but would call his manager. Mind you, it was past midnight at this point and no other place was open. He called back and said his manager would refund the money. The money was not the point. We had driven 8 hours, waited for food for an hour, and then we were told it’s not coming because of a glitch on Papa Johns part. Terrible customer service. Terrible problem solving and overall...

Order a pizza for delivery last Friday night (4-3-2015). Was told they were only accepting cash, weird but I was ok with that. Pizza was delivered by an old woman, I gave her a twenty and asked for three dollars back. She said she had no change. After about twenty second she went to her car and came back with two dollars, I told her I wanted three back, once again she just stared at me. Finally I told her it was ok and she left. Lady is running a great scam, she feels you will have pity on her and let her have a large tip. I am a local and order often, but will take my business somewhere else. Not good for Papa Johns to have these type of people...

If I could put 0 stars as option I would. Ordered a pizza on a Saturday night at 9 PM. They said it was gonna be 30 to 40 minutes called back at 1 hour to see the status of the order. They said out for delivery expect within four minutes. I went outside, 25 minutes past, called again, they said it’s out for delivery, another 25 minutes past then they said it was delivered. We never received a pizza and wasted 2 hours. By the time of our third inquiry the place was closed. This is terrible business practice. I will be eating frozen pizzas here on out, and will never give this location my business...
