I was in contact with this company every time they sent me a bill. I went through all the details of what I would be billed for. I go to great lengths to make sure I don't get surprised bills. I made multiple payments and every time I talked to them I asked them what I owe. Now I got a bill for six months of payments that are past due and I will be sent to collection if I don't pay. After talking to home medical they wouldn't take any blame. They claimed they had no idea what I would owe. They blamed the insurance company saying the Insurance company took 5 months to process the bills. I called the insurance company and found out that Home Medical waited for 5 months to submit bills and the insurance company paid them in 5 days. I believe the reason they did this was to let me accumulate a big enough bill, so I couldnt cancel my service. Because why would someone cancel a service if they don't know they are being charged for it. I will be canceling my service with Home Medical and I do not recommend this company. There are honest companies that appreciate your business out there. You don't need a desperate company trying to take...

Update 3/12/25: Since that time we have gotten great service from that office! They've even gone out of their way to get my husband's preferred product, which has gone out of date. Thank you very much, office staff, for your hard work!

Formerly a 5 star experience. But not any more! My husband went in today to get supplies he's been trying to get there for about a month. He got the required renewed prescription on paper and the young woman still gave him a hard time about getting them. She was very rude. He's been doing business and getting the same supplies there for years. I had a appointment Aaron today she was suppose to be here at 3 pm today Tuesday October 15 th . It is now 4:38 pm no call nothing. I called 2 times to home medical got excuses why she didn't call . If you can't make a appointment then don't make the appointment. Or call at least. 1st time she was 1 hr late but she called . Not this time. This is not exceptable !!!
