I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the behavior of one of your employees at the Superior Perkins location. On 09/30/2025, I experienced an incident with an employee named Stephanie Sanda, who loudly and aggressively verbally assaulted me at the checkout counter. Specifically, she told me to leave the establishment and never return. Her manner was unprofessional and disrespectful. The verbal attack was of a personal nature and had nothing to do with my dining experience. I want to also mention that I was previously her landlord a couple of years ago, and I am unsure why she believed it was appropriate to confront a customerâespecially in front of children and other customersâwith such a tirade of accusations. When I calmly requested for a manager to intervene, she claimed she was "acting as management," which is concerning. This incident negatively impacted my dining experience and did not meet the standards of quality and customer service I expect from your establishment. Superior Perkins is one of my favorite places to dine. I visit weekly with my family, and we have always enjoyed the excellent service from staff. Additionally, Stephanie stated that we are ânot allowedâ in the Perkins establishment, which raises the question of whether there is any legal basis for such a claim. I am willing to take further action, including filing a police report and obtaining a restraining order if necessary, as her level of verbal assault reached that severity. Our server, Madison, brought our food out in a timely manner but did not bring the pie which I had requested. After our meal was mostly finished, she came back to check on how our food was. At this point the service was acceptable but it was about to turn for the worse. I ordered my dessert. After waiting for 5 minutes, I noticed her talking with another table. She proceeded to talk (not taking an order just talking) to the other table for AT LEAST an additional 10 minutes. I literally had to ask another server for my dessert and a refill. The other server delivered my refill but stated that she would let Madison know. when Madison finally did deliver my dessert she brought the wrong one. The confirmation had the superior Perkins phone number on it so i called. The lady who answered said they had no order for me? I said I have the confirmation. She gave the phone to the manager who said the same thing except she added the order was placed through a third party. I said it doesnât say that, it only says Perkins Superior website. She yes but we only make the food we donât run the website. I said but you need to handle it because itâs your website. She nope not my problem itâs yours.
