I went to Perry’s a couple weeks back to get my wedding ring resized. While there, I was also interested in reworking my ring or purchasing another. Taylor and Allie were BEYOND helpful in explaining the process of reworking and giving me multiple options. Instead of reworking my current ring, I ending up falling in love with a beautiful wedding band. I was hesitant in the moment to purchase without consulting my husband. Both girls were completely understanding and put the ring in my profile for future reference. When I came back to pick up my ring (a day earlier than anticipated!), it fit beautifully and looked as good as the day my husband gave it to me! But I was still hesitant to purchase the band that I saw previously, so I left but kept thinking about it. My sweet husband ended up coming in and purchasing the band as an early Christmas present. My husband and I went to the 1-year anniversary event in Hampstead. We were greeted by one of their associates, Shaina who took very good care of us. She showed us everything that they had of what we were looking for and explained the quality of everything as well. She was extremely thorough and patient because we looked through a lot of stuff. Once we were done purchasing what we wanted, we then thought we'd look for something for our new daughter-in-law. Again, Shaina did not disappoint. She showed us a variety of things that we might like based on what we told her and also advised that there were things that could be made or changed to a piece if we wanted to. We truly appreciate her thoroughness, professionalism and knowledge of all the jewelry that we looked at. On our first visit to the Hampstead location we were greeted so warmly. It was refreshing to be acknowledged and treated so positively for simply coming inside to look. Susan and Shayna made us feel welcome! We felt a connection with both of them right away. They were both so friendly and very knowledgable, answering our questions on the services Perry's provides. That day we did not make a purchase but went away happy to now have a jewelry store close by for our future needs. Since then we have returned and have been very pleased with all our transactions/purchases! Susan and Shayna have both made excellent suggestions to assist us.
