Really great service here today. I got a flat 10 miles into my between Barnegat Light and Love ladies ride. I was close to my truck doing the circle so put my bike in my truck down to Surf City. I was half expected the old "pandemic attitude" that you get at so many places now ( I actually dread going places and spending money now just cause of all the hassle) but they were very friendly and assisted me immediately. I just had this rear tire flat fixed a few weeks ago at the other bike shop and wanted the Gator Treads. They did not have them at the other place, but Surf Buggy Bike Shop had the Gator Treads there. Doug was able to get my new tires on and a new tube ---had me back on the road in 5 minutes. Very professional. I was able to finish the rest of my ride ending to a great day! Thanks for being there, I really appreciated it. I will give you a call within the next week and check on that GT on order.

30 miles into a 49 mile ride, my road bike fell over while eating a snack and busted the derailleur and popped the chain under the rear cassette. I was able to MacGyver it well enough to get me on the road, but I couldn’t go over ten mph without the chain popping out of the derailleur and sliding off the cassette. I called the buggy shop after I seemed to have annoyed the guy at the next closest shop for even asking about an emergency repair 30 minutes before close. They were ready to take a look at it and said it was no problem at all. I barely made it to the shop and the two guys there were great. They started working on it as soon as I pulled up and within ten minutes had it all sorted out and only charged for a simple gear tune-up. I’ll certainly be back,...

A shout out to Eddie and Doug for helping me on July 19. I met friends at Barnegat Light State Park for a morning ride. The handlebar computer on my Specialized Vado 4.0 ST, which I just purchased on June 19, would not turn on. I called Surf Buggy to see if they could help me out. They graciously did so even though I did not purchase it from them. They checked everything out and were able to do a computer update. Also, they offered to drop the bike off at my house so I did not have to wait around. They said I could return anytime for further assistance. They certainly made my day!
