I had a wonderful experience making my purchase with the assistance of Marcelino Ramos at the location on Bell road in Surprise Arizona. Unlike Mattress Firm, Marcel was willing to find what would suit my needs without applying an uncomfortable sales pressure by following my every step. He gave me options within my specified budget and gave me the time to try each option as long as I wished. In between moving to new options, we had a nice conversation.

Marcel also alerted me to options of clearance items that were available and did not pressure or steer me towards anything above my price range, making the experience feel personalized and was a refreshing situation.

Marcel's experience with all of the materials and variety of mattresses and frames was impressive.

With minor suggestion, he was happy to assist me in breaking down all of my options into "Out-the-door" pricing so I could make an informed decision on what everything included would cost.

Overall I had an extremely rewarding experience searching and purchasing my next mattress. My new bed suits my needs perfectly and I have been getting much needed more restorative sleep.

I purchased the Brooklyn Bedding Signature Hybrid (Queen), the Silver 32 adjustable base, a wraparound mattress protector, and home delivery and set up.

The mattress as I experienced in-store is fantastic. Very supportive and relieves pressure and tension. Over the past two nights I have felt my back, shoulders, and neck adjusting and popping as the damage is undone by my previous mattress. I am no longer waking up in pain and sore from my previous mattress' lack of support.

The adjustable base assists in this department, especially when moving from the head-up sitting position back to the flat position. If you are laying back against it, the motion of the bed causes a slow stretch as your spine gets gently realigned by your own weight becoming supported by the mattress.

The adjustable bed frame feels sturdy and has minimal movement with motion. The motors are strong enough to lift me (I'm around 380 lbs) and not struggle. The max capacity of the motors is around 850 lbs which makes the base more than capable. The zero-g setting takes pressure off of the lower back and is a pleasure to sleep in.

The adjustable base also comes with a light, which is useful for getting out of bed or finding the nearby outlet to plug in my phone charger. The base also comes with massaging motors. The range of motion on the adjustable base is great. Rises to a very comfortable position if you raise both the head and end of the mattress.

The mattress protector zips open and surrounds the mattress entirely. The material may be a little slippery, but nothing to complain about when topped with a sheet.

The delivery faltered slightly. In store I was told I would be contacted by the delivery company and given a 2 hour window. I received the call around the appropriate time and was given a 3 hour window instead. Not something to really worry about. The delivery crew consisted of two gentlemen. One delivery member was named Jose. Setup of the frame and the delivery of the mattress went fine. We had cleared a path for them and the delivery team respected a guitar display case against my wall (wood and glass) and made sure not to damage it during set-up. The delivery crew also removed and took away the old mattress and box-springs set for disposal.

The delivery crew left fairly quickly, perhaps they were behind on their schedule. In doing so, the crew didn't offer to assist in getting the mattress protector around the mattress as it was written by Marcel on the notes for delivery. However, this still worked out fine since it allowed the mattress to release some of the "off-gases" before my family could assist me in adding the cover. Some minor cleanup was required, but nothing serious.

We had purchased a mattress from Brooklyn Bedding and very happy with it. We also purchased a set of the bamboo sheets but they wore out after only 8 months or so. We brought them back and Brooklyn Bedding replaced them for free. Very please with customer service on all of our visits.

This is an update to my last review... unfortunately google only allows for one review so the above was a 5 star review but this is only a 3 star review. : This is my second review of Brooklyn Bedding. My wife and I have purchased 3 different sets of sheets from them. The first set lasted less than one year and they replaced the set for free, the second set only lasted about 8 months but they would not replace them so we had to purchased it. After about 30 days we noticed that our sheets would not stay down on their own, every other night they would pull up on one corner or the other. This started to get very annoying and I tried to take them back to get traded but they would not switch them out because it was after the 30 day period. I really like the sheets but if you want comfortable sheets without hassle I don't believe these are the sheets to purchase. I believe our next set of sheets will be from a different company. Our king size mattress is from Brooklyn Bedding and imagined that the sheets should work perfectly with the same company but this is not correct... Maybe we are just rough on the sheets but I guess we will find out when we purchase our next set of sheets with a different manufacturer. Its very unfortunate because we do like...

Having moved here just a year ago, it was time to invest in a much needed and new mattress. Grateful my friend suggested Brooklyn Bedding. As soon as I walked into the store, Marcel Ramos greeted me with a genuine kindness, sincere interest in introducing me to my future sleeping companion, and all while assisting another couple with their “pillow” needs. I was impressed that he tended to both our shopping experiences and having been first in store, he was considerate in asking if I had few moment to wait while he completed their purchase order. He is knowledgeable on the product, patient with my inability to choose the “right mate”, and thorough in explaining differences with not only the mattress but the adjustable bed.
