I wish I could give a āminus starā review for practicing Bait and Switch advertising. I had reviewed the products on their website and saw that quite a few mobility scooters are on sale. Since the Surprise store is about 2 blocks from my home, I took my disabled father to the store to see which scooter he liked. I was prepared to purchase and take him home with a new scooter (based on the prices advertised on their website). When we arrived at the store I was greeted by a very nice salesperson and I told him we were interested in the mobility scooters that were advertised as āon saleā that are on the website. He said āIām sorry but we donāt honor website pricesā. WHAT? āNo, if you want the sale prices you have to order online.ā So, if I wanted to purchase the item from the store I would be charged $1899.00 while the same item is advertised on the website āOn Saleā for $1299.00. I wonāt shop at this medical supply retailer again (either online or in store) and Iāll warn others about their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOverall this has been a very good experience for acquiring a CPAC machine & supplies. Once they confirmed insurance coverage, everything progressed quickly & efficiently. Cesar provided a good overview of the equipment & supplies, and explained the accompanying paperwork. I am hopeful that the future replacement of supplies will go equally as smoothly, as post-procurement service is important to me.
The reason I provide 4 out of 5 stars is that it took Copper Star a month to submit & pre-approval from my insurance providers which seemed much too long. Once they had this I was advised they only confirmed insurance coverage and not how much would be paid versus what costs I would be charged, therefore waiting for a month didnāt provide me an accurate understanding of out of pocket expenses.
Again, I am very happy with the service provided by the store...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA rep from Tempe office, Amy I think, went above and beyond. She confirmed the Tempe store did not have what I needed, but when I mentioned I lived near Surprise, she offered to check their inventory. She confirmed Surprise had the item and then called Cesar to confirm they did have it and she gave him my name and that I was on my way to get it. When I got to Surprise, I told Cesar there was a brace being held and knew immediately what I was after.
Before Amy, I believe I some with Jen or Jessica, I canāt remember for sure, but I am totally impressed with the staff at Copper State. Itās rare in a retail setting to work with 3 individuals from different locations and receive the same type of professional attention from each of them. Iām not sure if their actions are directed by corporate protocol, but it is very much appreciated by your...
