We appreciate the family who puts all this together. Rhey really put a lot of thought into it. Save money and purchase tickets online. I like the tips of helpful information they provide via email before the event. We were able to bring our own cups in full of water. You can bring strollers and wagons too. We have allergies so it was appreciated.
We also appreciate the free parking and the activities included which are: the Big Dig Excavstor Experience, Bungee Trampoline giant 90 ft slide, Enchanted pumpkin scavenger hunt maze, Hay Bale Archery, Giant Corn Pit, Zipline, Pumpkin Bowling, and lots of awesome photo opps. They also have corn hole, giant connect 4 games, and pumpkin tic tac toe.
We enjoyed hearing the live music while there. They may not hear clapping and cheering, but they really make the event fun, and we loved hearing the music. The staff was so wonderful. Especially at the trampoline area engaging with the kids while jumping. Food and drinks are ovrr the top! 2 bar areas, award winning BBQ, pizza, chicken tenders, apple cider slushies, donuts, pretzels, churros, corn dogs, burgers, fries, ice cream, kettle corn, cotton candy, lemonade, cotton candy, candy apple nachos, dirty soda, funnel cakes, a large foo foo coffee bar of your dreams, cinnamon almonds that I must warn you are addicting. We have a lot of allergies so I picked up some goodies for my my hubby. We picked and chose where to spend. It can add up fast at any event in the valley. They had face painting,, adopt a pumpkin at $9 and up, and the cookie making at $10.79 a kit a custom hat bar, mechanical bull, apple canon blasters, and a cute gift shop.
They had very nice portable restrooms and provide a special area for changing babies. We like to avoid crowds and love the late weeknights to avoid long lines. We wouldn't have had as much fun if we went and it was crowded.
it adds up, but everywhere it is like that these days. That is why we pick and choose what is important to us. We were wanting to stay late to binge ride the slide and trampoline jump. We wanted to get our money's worth. Hee hee They closed the slide down to wax and oil the slide at 9:15pm, and then the trampolines were wrapping up. We would have stayed, but left after that. The corn pit is under a tent which was smart, due to sun and weather, 3 side being covered however traps all the corn dust. It was in every nook and cranny. Up the kids noses and they were coughing from inhaling so much. It is super dusty and dirty, but a blast. Our girls had so much fun, and everyone there was so nice. We have wonderful memories. They really put a lot into this event. We can't wait until their...
Read moreWow! We can’t even begin to say enough good things about Desert Fall Festival. If you’re looking for true family-friendly fun, look no further. The entire atmosphere felt like a return to the pre-COVID days, relaxed, joyful, and full of community spirit. Our family of seven had an incredible time from start to finish!
The staff was absolutely amazing. Every single team member we interacted with went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome and special. Their kindness and enthusiasm made such a positive difference you can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for visitors.
There’s something for everyone! Nearly all of the activities are included with general admission, which is fantastic value. • The excavator experience was a huge hit yes, you actually get to operate a real excavator! The crew was patient and wonderful with our kids. • The slide and zip line were nonstop fun. • The giant corn-kernel tent kept our kiddos entertained for ages!
Everything was priced very reasonably, especially for how much is included. The only extra we paid for was the apple cannon and it was totally worth it! Eight apples for $10, and it was pure joy watching everyone take turns launching them.
We will definitely be returning. We’ve officially found our go-to spot for family holidays and special outings. We just learned they also host a Christmas Festival, and we can’t wait to check that out next!
Thank you, Desert Fall Festival, for such an incredible day. You’ve earned loyal customers for life our family will be back...
Read moreI really want to leave a better review… it’s really hard to post this review ! But just can’t for the amount of money it was I feel I need to let others know. As a family we choose to invest in this community, this business and these events in the west valley so we purchased the season pass for both events without reserach. BIG MISTAKE! We thought we would go do the events and listen to music - as 4 adults and a new grand baby. HOWEVER - the events are weight limited for kids mostly not for adults at all! We went on a weekday and no music!?! The fall festival is for sure not a place to go multiple times! So disappointing - if I had a 4 yr old to 11yr old yes but I still have to pay for fun activities even if I just paid $450 for a family! With the season pass there were no extra perks like extra tickets for other people to join, free Bull riding or Apple shooting nope we pay . I was shocked how little things ! The photo opportunities had lights behind them so they have shadows of people walking in. No cozy seats in circles like the Christmas event, no train, no animals, big spaces with nothing that could be things but just wide open. Would have never ever purchased the season pass if I would have gone and saw it first. One time with with little kids but if...
