The experience was less than pleasant. When my daughter and I walked in (around 4:15pm) we weren’t acknowledged or greeted. No eye contact from anyone … nothing… so, after standing in the walkway for about 5-7 minutes, so I said we would like to get pedicures do you know who we should talk to about that (to someone sitting in the nail drying station seats up front. She motioned over to a lady providing a nail service to a patron who then looked up and and said “can I help you” to which I respond “we would both would like a pedicure”. The lady said “ok”and paused and said nothing else. I waited a little while and then said “should we pick a color or how does this work? “ (This is usually how things work in nail salons) she said “oh yes”. I walked over to the polish carousel, but did not care for the colors available, so I asked if there were more colors. She then said for me to wait until we were in the chair. I asked how long of a wait, she said “do you want the pedicures together? “I said they didn’t have to be together, or whatever makes this convenient for you guys”. She said “oh ok they’re ready for you both now. “ We walk over to the chairs, the lady began filling the basin with water and asks that we wait to put our feet in as the water could be too hot. (We complied) when it was time to put our feet in the young lady motioned for us to put our feet in, so we do so. The water was ice cold(but sure how this mistake was made but it’s a mistake) we both said the water is very cold(she apologizes and runs more water on the basins until we are comfortable). Now there is another young lady helping who then provides us some books of color to choose from, and asks if we would like acrylic on our toes to even out the length differences on our toes we both say sure(I assume if you ask a question such as this you would be well versed in this sort of practice ….boy was I wrong) neither of them knew how to do this efficiently and when asked to even out the size because it obviously too long, the young ladies seemed confused. It took 3 people to get it right for my daughter and some guy instructed the young lady who was doing mine a few times. I even asked him since he knows what needs to be done, if he could just do it to save on time. He just walked away(🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️)it was so bad I said “Can I see the drill and file so i can fix it.” I ended up shaping my own toe nails and demanding they put on a clear coat and cut down my daughter’s nails. I explained three times there was not a clear coat on the nails, she didn’t understand and again the guy came over and another lady had to come over and explain what it was that I was saying. She kept telling my daughter she was finished, when she was not finished. Now I know this seems petty, but I question, if this is your arena and you (nail tech) are the expert in this moment, why is it that I have to teach basic customer service skills, customer etiquette, And how to shape a nail(especially when I paid you 140.00 ) what the heck am I paying you for? Needless to say I won’t be back, and I have to say, if we have to demand customer service of those due to provide it, then why are we patronizing these sort of businesses? Not to mention not getting any color on my nails, because I was so frustrated and irritated. The place closed at 7:00, and we were being rushed out the door by 6:30. Idk about anyone else, but I don’t want to inconvenience anyone so I chose not to get color on my toes. But this is subpar and we as customers should...

I have been a loyal customer to this shop for years. I have been more then vocal about the issues I’ve experienced and I do not feel like the professional thing was done. This week I went for service and this was the straw that broke the camels back. The nail tech refused to do my designs I’m not upset with paying for a service but i want to be served when I asked why he was doing this in a playful manner he answered because “I am tired, you need to come in the am for this” he should have refused the service if he was tired he left nails unfinished and cut my finger and poorly shaped them. It’s a lazy half done job. I’ve been cut multiple times here and I’ve vocalized that after 2 days my toes are already chipping since service. I work many jobs I’ve had to come back to fix issues made next day or during that week multiple times here which is a strain on my time and gas. I always tip and come with pictures I’ve only walked out with what I asked for a handful of time. I’ve refused service from one of the technicians who is nice but unfortunately does not understand me and cannot understand what I am saying when I refuse the sugar scrub. I have involved the owner she gave me an apology but I would have preferred for my No to be respected because my service was done incorrectly again… when I told the owner this at the end of my service she did offer to fix it but I had class and could not stay it was fixed this week but it’s chipping after 2 days. The owner waxed my lip did not change the wax stick beforehand and proceeded with a dirty eyebrow razor on my top lip after the wax it left me burning and breaking out of the skin is happening. I’m not coming here again I’m not doing my services in...

This was my first and last time at this "salon". Some housekeeping is needed as well as sanitization. I didn't see any of their tools being cleaned/sanitized. The salon appearance is junky and less than clean from the floors to the chairs, to the stations. The staff are more interested in their phones than actually speaking with their customers. I still don't know the lady's name who did my pedicure, she didn't introduce herself and didn't talk to me after I told her what pedicure I wanted. I believe she intentionally had me put my foot in scalding hot water "to test it". She knew that water was scalding because she only turned on the hot water to fill the basin. She tried to skimp on callus removal and said that they do not have a callus remover solution (that's not what the menu says...) but if I am paying for something you are going to do it. At the end of pedicure there was no cuticle oil applied. Gave her a tip despite the poor service and she didn't say thank you. I started to snatch it back. I also received a manicure from who I perceived to be the owner/manager. Gel manicure chipped within the week and again no cuticle oil applied although she did dip a brush into an empty container. Customers: Do not waste your time or money here. Salon: Clean up the salon and sanitize your tools, treat your customers with respect and give at least...

I gave two stars for one reason… my nails are gorgeous (thanks Nan) and they were the least expensive service but my pedicure which was $75 is horrible. Toes cut down too short… shaped nothing like I requested (rounded square)… imaginary French pedicure… had to ask that my cuticles be clipped… leg massage was trash… feet still rough so I’ll just do a scrub on them myself… and it took so long you would’ve thought I asked for something extraordinary… I just wanted a pretty French pedicure… I don’t know what this is but it’s not that and it’s my birthday tomorrow. Very disappointed because this is the one thing I spare no expense on but I feel like I just gave up my money… I wish I could’ve given that $75 to the girl who did my fill! Here’s some advice… don’t put someone who is inexperienced with a service on a station. Jamecia was nice but she could never do a pedicure for me again.

Been coming here since 2016! Loved when Sydni was here, she was amazing. Everything came out perfect. Then she left, so I began to go to Anna & Mika, both were great. Then they left. Now I am very disappointed. Still tried to stay with them because I’ve been going here for years. But the men here don’t know how to do nails. Went in for a pedicure, and the young man who did it filed on hole in my big toe. Then I asked for the dip powder, I was only given gel. When asked to speak to someone who knew what I was talking about, they just stared at me. Still paid my $100 , but definitely never going back.

The atmosphere was nice and the place was clean however I asked for a full acrylic set natural look with gel polish top coat I like my nails round what I got was all different shapes some are pointy some crooked and when I told her they weren't right she just made it worse so I said forget it and paid $38 to be unhappy and unsatisfied I know you're probably thinking why did you pay then well that's because I suffer with chronic migraines and today was not a great day so I was in no mood to get into a confrontation so I took it as a loss but will never return to this shop.
