STOP telling your costumers to back up in the drive thru! This has happened TWICE to me. On both occasions, no one was in the first window so I could pay. I waited several minutes and even honked the horn. No one was coming. So I pulled up to the second window hoping I could pay there. A very rude man on Saturday told me to back up and pay at the first window. He was unapologetic and unprofessional even when I explained that no one was there. He still made me back up! Do you have any idea how dangerous that is? If the costumer behind me is pulling up while I am backing up, I will be held responsible! You are just asking for a car accident. The rude man also put cheese on both my Impossible Whoppers (which he rudely “corrected” me saying they were Impossible Kings and “not” whoppers). when I specifically asked for no cheese due to a dairy allergy. He was also talking on his cell phone. On Sunday (unfortunately this Burger King is on my route home and my kids were hungry), no one was in the first window to pay yet again. I pulled up to the second window which was also empty, only to finally hear a female employee shouting at me from the first window to back up. Again, DON’T ASK YOUR COSTUMERS TO DO THIS! Read moreMy time at the 2009 Dotson court Burger King has been awful, very few times is it simple, I have many complaints but I'll start with today, today I pulled up to BK and the app wasn't working at the drive thru so I decided to go inside in pouring rain as it's really my only close option I can have for my lunch break, I then spent my entire 30 minute lunch waiting just get to the counter to order and hope they could rectify the issue with the app, the worker at the counter who normally doesn't give bad customer service then proceeded to tell me the BURGER KING app is 3rd party and that I was gonna have to pay 3 dollars more for my meal because your app wasn't working, now a quick Google search proved that point wrong and just made it seem like because they were busy he just didn't feel like doing the right thing for the customer, now I have more then enough money for it but it's the morality of it, I spent 30 minutes just waiting to get to the counter for mediocre food just to be told "tough luck pay up" this isn't the only time the app stopped working but it was rectified last time by the manager there who I didn't see in there today, I only go here out of convenience but if I'm going to be lied to straight to my face I will figure out...
Read moreThere are some nice employees that work here I guess during the day because the employees at night have nothing but attitude and screwed up your orders, we placed a large online order here , gave them a half, got to the restaurant in the orders still wasn't ready so we waited another 25 minutes for the food , just before they were going they brought the food out, the real kicker is everything in the bag was wrong they didn't toast or sandwiches none of the stuff that we paid for like customizations were there, I paid for a large onion ring didn't think to look at it till I got home it was an onion ring box with 4 onion rings in it and they rest stuffed with napkins, and they tried to screw us out of so when we backed up, to ask where it was we got nothing but attitude ,and, the girl that came to window treated us like we were lying, then shut the window in our face as we were talking and sent somebody else over I would not recommend eating here to anyone and definitely definitely check your bag and make sure everything is in there before you leave the parking lot, one of the worst Burger Kings I have ever been to and...
