Motel 6 Harrisburg, PA – Near PA Expo Center — Hotel in Susquehanna Township

I can't stand the people at motel 6 they are rude, heartless, racist, and prejudice. Their so called housekeepers don't speak English and they do not do a good job at cleaning the tubs. I had to go from one room to another room just to go to the bathroom and take a shower because the drain was clogged with hair so much to the point that you would think someone took off their wig and dropped it down the drain. They do not care about the homeless that wants to work with them but they act too good to have help. And they are too lazy to shovel up the snow and I ended up falling in their establishment and got the nerve to wanna sprinkle a little bit of salt as if that's gonna help. And they are cop callers that loves putting people out on the streets when they have nowhere to go and don't wanna try to work with you. They are disgusting people and I wouldn't recommend anyone coming...

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life (no exaggeration). We came to our home town spontaneously and all hotels were sold out due to a concert that day. We've stayed in Motel 6 before, but they were all decent and clean. The room key didn't work for starters. The room wasn't well kept nor the property overall. The bed sheets were stained and had cigarette hole burns. The door was missing a lock. It was a complete disaster, so much so that we decided not to stay. We didn't touch a thing. By all means, plan ahead and avoid this place at all costs, drive a little further out, and find yourself a decent place. We felt disgusted and would never return or recommend this dump to anyone. As others have said, wish I could give it a zero. Pretty gross for almost $100. Was wishing so bad that I had paid the $200 plus in other places close by. Guessing long term residents with drug issues right next door with TV blasting, yelling, and dog growling and barking past 4 am when I finally just got up and slept the rest of the night in the car since the sleeping office worker said they were full. If you read the rest of the reviews here you'll see that the canned response they're going to put to this review is just like all the others. Maybe one or two of the rooms are renovated based on reviews but are you willing to take the chance that's the one you'll get? About as much chance of that as winning in the two slot machines that are in their Lobby. Keep clear...
