Offered to take 5 dying guinea chicks from the trough where they were being trampled to death. One was already deceased and I offered to take it too since it was collecting flies. The person working said they would take care of it, even though it had been dead for a while.
I was initially rung up 5.99 a bird, to which I clarified these birds were dying and I wanted to offer them some peace from being killed by the others. The only reason I am forced to purchase anything from them is for my horse feed...and I am changing my feed so I don't have to deal with them at all. 2 weeks waiting for them to have a simple bag of my catfood is uncalled for. They are rude and unhelpful. You can stand at that counter for 10 minutes and noone will look up at you. They will ignore you to answer the phone, eat or talk to each other. How they stay in business is beyond me. The $15.00 dollar an hour rate hike will certainly put them out. I take my business anywhere else I can to avoid spending my hard earned money...
