So I frequent this place maybe 2 to 3 times a week and I spend $22 every time. I am in the store among other things that I also buy are used to buy the Tyson and they haven’t had my flavor that I prefer and probably about six months to a year so instead of going somewhere else I tried a bunch of different stuff and spent money for things I didn’t even try until I actually finally found what I liked, but it was way more expensive maybe 3 to 4 dollars more and it was a new product so I originally asked the gentleman with glasses, which I believe to be a part owner is it possible since you don’t have my flavor of Tyson all this time and I had to keep buying things that I don’t like that you can give me this particular brand of vape for the price of the Tyson and I was told not a problem they have been giving the new vape which is called swft For maybe 2 to 3 months for $22 all of a sudden I go in tonight which would be November 1, 2024 and I spend almost $30 and the guy who is always usually rude tells me that he spoke To his boss and they can’t offer me the vape for 22 anymore. I said OK then have a good night. He called me back and said wait. Wait I’ll give it to you for 22. So what was the problem originally why all of a sudden say I talked to my boss but still give it to me for $22 and be rude and nasty about it and laughing in my face The two girls that are usually there are always fantastic. I have no problem with them. This new guy is some kind of tough guy and thinks that he owns the store which he probably doesn’t but I spend maybe three to $400 a month there between the vapes and miscellaneous items and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I usually like this store because of the friendly staff ,but I am going to take my business elsewhere I’ve never had a problem except for this new weird geek that’s behind the counter that think he’s really cool and tough so thanks to him. If your new to the world of vaping trying to quit smoking cigarettes or save money and roll your own or prefer a stout stogie, not to mention the plethora of glassware and gadgets this store has everything smoking related. It’s almost hard to walk in and not ask hey what’s that. Sussex Puff city has a wide array of prerolls however I prefer some of that natural honey oil,(butane extracted pure thc) at 99.8% pure it preserves all the natural terpines and flavonoids of the original living plant. The staff has changed over the last few years but the main manager Mustafa has dialed in on some very nice associates. Monday through Friday you can find Nae behind the desk and she has almost a photographic memory of everything sold there and it’s a ton. We use this store for all of our cigarette purchases. But I have 2 complaints that have become a problem. First they are rarely open when they are supposed to be. Im not talking about 10 minutes late more than that. Costs me more $ to go to gas station to buy cigarettes. And when we go in depending on who's working, when someone else is making a purchase (we have been there over 20 min waiting before more than once) we have to sit there, instead of them doing a 2 sec purchase (us buying tubes) make us wait on the customer deciding on what smoker they want. It all depends on whose working. One guy is great and has a few times given us a free lighter.
