I recently visited FH&A with a friend, a charming new boutique on Sussex Boro’s Main Street, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the store's warm and inviting ambiance. The soothing aroma of essential oils and the beautifully curated displays of wellness items create a serene and enchanting atmosphere that makes you want to linger.

FH&A offers an array of wellness products, from luxurious custom bath salts, loose leaf tea options, and artisan soaps to beautifully crafted essential oil diffusers, plus so many other wonderful things that we had to slap our own hands not to overspend! Every item seems thoughtfully chosen to promote tranquility and self-care. Tameeka (the owner) is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, providing personalized recommendations that made our shopping experience even more enjoyable.

The candle selection is truly impressive, with a variety of AMAZING scents that couldn’t let us leave without buying two each. My friend also bought loose leaf tea, bath salts, and cuticle oil. I also bought a beautiful necklace. (I wanted to also buy a lamp but it was a display and not for sale 😂)

What sets this shop apart is its back rooms. One for restorative healing classes, individual consults, and yoga and another cozy room with a fireplace and dining table. I’ve already set my mind running with possible reasons to rent this room for elegant get-togethers and “Third Place” events. This is more than just a shop, but a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation.

I have been searching the market for a while for a organic castor oil to help with my sciatica. This is the first castor oil that I found that actually works. I love the cloth that it come with. The cloth makes it easy to apply the oil where I need it, but it does not absorb the oil to the point where I feel like I am wasting it.
