I had bought a Ford at another dealership, but had always got my service done at this location. The service was excellent. Yesterday I had a different experience. I went to this local dealership to buy a brand new truck. I arrived, and walked through the parking lot for 20-30 minutes looking at trucks. Thinking eventually a salesman would come and introduce himself and start the sale. I never did see anyone. I could see people walking around inside, but not one person came out to talk to me. I have owned Ford's my whole life, but when service like this happens, it may be time for a change. It was, I went up the interstate 5 miles, and spent my money where they want to sell vehicles. Sorry Mark LeRose Ford, you just lost 50k yesterday. The many times I bragged your service department up, I was hoping I could do the same for your salesman also. My vehicle search was multi state and my experience with salesman overall was much less than desirable. Tyler however, stood apart from the rest and exemplified customer service in every way. I met them there at 8am Monday morning simply asking if they could look at it. Was told no they were booked for the day. Understandable, but when I asked if there was anyway possible just to have them read codes from the vehicle was met with a firm no, and they wouldn’t be able to look at it for a week. I looked into the shop as I was leaving. 1 vehicle inside of the shop plenty of open bays and technicians just standing around.
