Sugarloaf Jazzercise is one of the best things in my world. I used to run almost every single day, and I needed some foot surgeries, and I had heard about Jazzercise from a cousin. When I first joined, I made it clear to the owner at the time, that I was only doing Jazzercise until my feet were healed and I could resume running. She told me that was fine, and I could attend as many classes as I chose to attend. Even after I could return to running, I kept attending Jazzercise because I liked it so much. I have made some of the dearest friends over the years I've been a member of Sugarloaf Jazzercise. The instructors are truly fabulous!!! They each have their own style, and no matter what your fitness level, the instructor will give you options for high impact or low impact. The music changes every few months, and there are new routines for each new song, so there is no way any Jazzercizer could get "bored" with the routines.
