After having a great experience days ago, we went back for dinner last night. We had Eric as a server. Throughout our visit he frequently used his shirt to clean his nose, used his hands to clean his runny nose. He never washed his hands visibly. It was very obvious that he was sick. While I understand that it is the time of multiple sicknesses and unfortunate contagious germs. It is important for employees including food service workers to be socially conscious and a good moral compass for what's right. He was a terrible server. Never precleaning the table, having to request refills, napkins, ECT. After, being extremely concerned for our family and other patrons we emailed the restaurant management. After, not receiving a response back timely I called the establishment to ensure that the email address was correct. I spoke to the owner Mr. Fini. He was totally disrespectful and rude. He complained about being short staffed, having to work himself, and his daughter and wife being sick recently. He literally took out all his frustrations and gripes with me (the customer). He was very agitated during our call. He talked over me multiple times and even carried on ranting about the number of sick employees he has, and speculation about the future of service at his store. As I shared with him, I am extremely disappointed in the way in which he handled things. His never once apologized for our visit and the poor choices of his server (Eric). He actually hung up the phone on me. His actions and demeanor was uncalled for and non congruent to the experience of the phone call. As a leader and owner he does not have the luxury of being rude to a customer and taken out his staffing frustrations on a paying customer. Read moreDear God do not go here! For the love of God do not go here! For starters the food is absolutely horrible! We ordered the garlic knots and they were extremely bland and hard. The sauce that they came with had no flavor at all. So bland on top of bland. The rolls seemed like they just came out of the fridge and we hard in some spots. Next we go on to the entrée. We both ordered the lasagna. This was sausage lasagna and neither I nor my gf care for sausage to often. But we didn't read but ok will give it to them our fault. But once we tasted it oh God it was just awful! There were hard spots in the in sausage no idea what it could have been but it tasted like barf. We ended up just getting our check and leaving after that. Our appite had been ruined! The only reason this place deserves even 1 star is that the server was nice. We were not there long enough to get a full exp from the staff but this was the only reason why this place deserves even 1 star. How these people are still in business is beyond me! Avoid...
Read moreThis place is actually one of my favorite restaurants which is why it was so hard for me to write this bad review. I don't have a problem with the food but my issue is with the horrible customer service that I received today. A girl with glasses took my order she was extremely rude and I felt like I was being rushed for no apparent reason because it wasn't busy when I was in there. Then when I finally got my order I realized I didn't have any plastic ware so I went back in told her I needed a plastic fork and instead of her just giving one to me she decided to go back and fourth with me about how she put one in there when I told her no she didn't she told me to give her the bag because she knows for a fact that she put one in there so I did and when she opened the bag there was no plastic ware. I will never come back to this location ever again based on the service o received with this girl and it sucks because it is one of my favorite...
