I really wanted to like this place because of the reviews I saw, but I have to post completely honestly. I am providing honest critique and feedback in hopes that they can fix a few things at the front of house.

The restaurant was packed upon entering. After entering, 3 more groups entered behind and we waited for 10 minutes until a server finally came over only to talk to the group closest to them which happened to be the LAST group to have entered. We told the lady that we were the first group to be waiting with a shrug of shoulders. I should have known from this first interaction. They really need to take names and size of party on a sheet of paper or something to fix this.

Food preparation was SLOW after ordering. Food trickled over anywhere from 10 min to 40 min after ordering.

The salmon was ICY. It was still frozen.

Upon ordering the second batch of food, we received a few rolls, but then waited 30-40 minutes for nothing else to come out. We noticed tables around us began to receive their food even though they ordered after us. We found out that they gave away our food to other tables eventually because of their poor front of house system.

We flagged down a waiter to check on our hot food and he just gave a shoulder shrug. Like wow. Then we flagged down another waiter who looked like they talked to someone from the kitchen and 5-10 min passed and NOTHING. Finally we asked to see the manager and they seemed to have talked to someone again but then nothing happened after 5 min.

We barely ate much because of all the waiting and missing food. They need to either retrain their wait staff or have dedicated tables because all the staff seemed to be stopping at all the tables, taking orders from everyone, and dropping off food at every table. They need a better organization system.

I would be willing to come back and try it again to update my review, but not if it's like this again.

See my plate of ginger. It was completely full and I resorted to slowly eating ginger by itself while we waited for food that...

We came here a few times when they first opened, and it was pretty good. I made the choice to have this as my birthday dinner early in April. My experience was very different, and it seems to be trending this way.

For starters, there were some pieces of sashimi that were not at all fresh. The fishiness in smell and taste was very off-putting. As noted with another review, several other items came out still a little icy, not quite thawed out completely.

When you take orders, it's probably best to keep an individual's orders together. Getting a bunch of sashimi pieces on a plate only to find out half were mine, half were someone else's was not very convenient, in fact... lazy! Otherwise, just have everything in a food line and have us go get it!

Finally, the waitress! She had no idea what she was bringing out, and had a very flippant attitude about it. "Who had a roll with ?" It took us looking through the menu and studying the ingredients of each roll to figure out what it was, and who it should go to. She may have been new, but that only means someone with experience should have been with her.

Not all of it was bad. Their soups are really good! It's also hard to mess up edamame. Some of the rolls were really good.

I can't say I'm willing to go back. Forget the waitress, forget the stuff being combined for different people on the same plate. The fishiness is enough for me to say no thanks! I feel like I'm a plate or two away from...

My wife and I decided to give this place a shot as we live in the area and have been looking for a good AYCE sushi spot, and we were in no way disappointed. We ordered a variety of rolls, sashimi, and various side items. Everything that we tried was delicious, and the freshness/quality of the food was truly excellent. We were a bit shocked to get this kind of quality from an AYCE place. Of particular note, the 7 pepper tuna roll was especially tasty, and their crab rangoon (which they call a "cheese bag") actually had sufficient crab and onion in it instead of just cream cheese like many places do. Their spicy tuna roll was also noteworthy, as many places have a high mayo and filler to tuna ratio, whereas their spicy tuna has plenty of meat an actually tastes like tuna.

Service was just fine, and we didnt experience any gaps where we weren't helped that tend to be common at AYCE places like this. Very nice decor with particularly pretty murals on the walls. Quite clean and they have a 100 health score as of 2/25. Plenty of space inside, as well as parking.

We are...

Gosh dang.. I hate to leave a poor review of such a new place, but I have no choice. I was optimistic when I got here because I saw one of those dumb insta reviews where they hype up new restaurants. I should've known better. The service was unbelievably slow. In the course of 2 hours, my group (party of 7) was only able to get two orders in, one of which basically never came out. The food wasn't terrible, but it was far from good. The salmon sashimi came out basically still frozen. Story time: when we first got seated, the table next to us was finishing up. I overheard someone from that table complaining that their food came out slower than other tables, and they even asked for a discount because of the service. In my head I thought "c'mon guy, that's a little dramatic, no? Give em a break, they're new and busy right now". Well, fast forward two hours and now I fully understand them.. and now my friends and I are considering doing the same. What a dang shame. Perhaps it was just a rough night for them. I hope they can pull it together and turn it around.

We went to Sushi Village later in the evening, and we're not able to enjoy the full service of this all you can eat sushi because they were about to close. I will be coming back to this location to review more of the offerings that they have The sushi is better than most all you can eat sushi restaurants. They were lots of sushi rolls, even sashimi available to order. temperature, three types of soup, appetizers, as well as non-Sushi items. We tried tuna sashimi, very fresh and a generous serving of 2 pieces maximum per order. We ordered it again but didn't get their second order but the Sashimi was slow to come out versus the roles. There was a slight delay in all the orders of sushi that came out. We were encouraged to order before the kitchen closed so that we could take advantage of the all you can eat orders. Because of the delay, there are several orders sushi rolls that came out after we were full and wouldn't have ordered more if they came out earlier. Overall, this is a great place to go, Service is fast friendly and courteous.
