This facility has been harassing me I came to this facility three weeks ago with my dog because I’d had good experiences with other Petsuites before. From the start, there were issues. My dog can be owner protective (she just barks), so I always tell the employees from the start that she doesn’t like being greeted when I’m around but she’ll do great with them when I’m away. I said this to two employees standing there, and neither of them acknowledged me. One of the girls approached us with the daycare tag to put around my dog’s neck. I asked her if I could put it around her neck so she’s more comfortable, and the other employee chimed in and said it’s policy that they have to do it. I was a confused because usually the employees at other Petsuites just suggest I do it, but I shrugged it off and asked them to make it a necklace so she could slip it over my dog’s head. The girl got irritated, but she did it. The other employee proceeded to tell me that my dog’s Bordetella vaccine didn’t have an expiration date, so they put the shortest expiration date. I was confused and said I thought the expiration was in November. She responded very condescendingly and said that’s the expiration of the actual vaccine. Again, I shrugged it off and said okay. Lastly, the girl saw my note asking them not to remove the flea and tick collar and said it’s their policy to remove all collars. At this point, I’d had enough. I responded as nasty as this girl was speaking to me and said it’s a flea and tick collar, and asked them if they wanted my dog to get fleas. They explained that she can’t get fleas in their yard, but I know that’s untrue because the couple of times that PetSuites did take off her flea collar, she came home with a flea. I explained that she had been going to a different Petsuites for two years and they never took her flea collar off (with the exception of two times). I said that their website even said at one point that everything came off EXCEPT flea collars. The girl left to speak with her manager, which took more than ten minutes, and she came back to tell me that the manager agreed with her. I left to the other PetSuites, and we had NO issues. I dropped my dog off for daycare, and they did not remove her flea collar. This wasn’t before the Johns Creek facility manager began calling me and sending me multiple text messages telling me that they spoke to the other PetSuites and confirmed their no collar policy with the manager, which is so funny because I had just dropped my dog off and clarified that they wouldn’t be taking the flea collar off. I also know for a fact that they didn’t take it off, because I have an activity tracker on the flea collar, and it tracked her activity for that day. Flash forward to today, three weeks later. They are still calling me, leaving me voicemails, and sending me texts saying that the no collars is still their policy and that they even spoke to the other Petsuites multiple times to get them to stop keeping flea collars on. The lengths this facility has gone to make me so uncomfortable, even contacting the other facility just to “prove me wrong,” but still want me to bring my dog there? I will NEVER be bringing my dog to this facility after the harassment because who knows what they’ll do to her. I have decided to make this public after the multiple calls and texts and ask that you please leave me alone. It’s not my fault that your facility is the ONLY facility I’ve had issues with about keeping the flea collar on. I will and have taken my business elsewhere and me and my dog are very happy with it. Read moreBest dog daycare ever! I have been bringing my dog (Doberman Pinscher) here since she was a puppy, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She started with puppy pre-school and has progressed all the way to group day play. Throughout this journey, she has learned how to interact with other dogs in a safe and structured environment, building confidence and social skills along the way. The staff has been incredible, always patient and attentive, helping her form beautiful relationships with both people and other dogs.
One of the things I appreciate most is how this daycare has helped prevent any signs of aggression in my dog. Instead of developing fear or anxiety around other dogs and people, she has learned to socialize properly, which has made a huge difference in her behavior. After a full day of group play, she always comes home happy and exhausted, which is a sign of a great time well spent!
The extra add-ons are a fantastic bonus—you can choose from various enhancements and receive a daily report complete with adorable photos of your pup. MOST importantly, the facility offers a live camera, allowing you to check in on your dog throughout the day for peace of mind. They also organize fun events throughout the month.
The facility is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and professional, and the overall experience has been nothing short of amazing. If you’re looking for a reliable, caring, and fun place for your furry friend, I HIGHLY recommend this pet...
Read moreI had a very bad experience at this location. This was the first time I trusted them with my 9 year old Boston terrier. I have boarded my dog at many other places, but wanted to try Pet Suites as it looked like a good place and the Johns Creek location is very close to our home. My dog is extremely mellow - in fact he hardly barks and is super friendly with other dogs. When I went to pick up my dog today, I was being told that my dog didn’t pass the behavior test, which was taken the day I boarded him. At the time of boarding I was being told that they will text me with in case of any question or updates. They figured out a way to charge me more as my dog couldn’t participate in group play sessions so they had to let him play in private, but they didn’t care to let me know. On top of it the young manager was extremely rude to me when I questioned him on why they didn’t call/text me. I don’t mind paying more for boarding - in fact this is little pricey in comparison but they need to have the right attitude and treat everyone with little politeness. I don’t know if I had a one off bad experience but I am not...
