Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

I love Subway!! I have had near 1,500 points and currently carry 900+. So you see, I love Subway. But... NOT THIS ONE. They skimp on everything they can. Ask for 2 or 3 extra olives or onions. It kills them to do anything extra.

Try to redeem a free cookie. You’ll NOT get one.

1 napkin for a 6 inch and 2 for a 12 inch. That’s their rule and they stick to it.

Got points!? They’ll give points but they will NOT take them. I’ve heard this from other Subway customers 2 or 3 times.

The family was there a few months ago. I finished my order and the wife was following. Not feeling well I did not want a Coke. So I took the smallest cup they had and got water. When the wife finished her order and tried to pay she pointed that I got water, not a coke. They were determined to charge the Coke price because I used the wrong cup. That’s when the yelling started (really). The mistake was mine I guess. The clear water cups are behind the counter where customers can not reach them. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this subway! I travel a lot so I get to see my fair share of subways and when I say that this Subway is the cleanest, most friendly subway- I mean it! The staff never fails to wash their hands and they pay attention to every customer. I’ve been a regular for 6 years now and I even commuted 45 minutes to go to this specific subway during high school. The lovely owners are never too busy to smile and say Hi. They remember the details given. I’ve witnessed this on multiple occasions: a customer will walk in and the owners greet them by name and start making the regular sandwich. Even if they don’t know you they will make friendly suggestions on how to make your sandwich better. They are not afraid to offer different veggies to put on your sandwich. You can tell they care about taste and quality rather than money. I can tell they sincerely love what they do and the people that come into their store. I wish more people treated franchises like their own store because maybe it could reach the level that this subway is on. If you don’t believe me- go and give their...

This place is a horrible restaurant. I ordered one platter for a tennis match two days before the game. It was raining, and I had to cancel the order, but I decided to pick it up and pay for the one that i ordered thinking it is too late to cancel. But, when I picked up the order, they gave me two platters.

The staff told me that they tried to call me to confirm the order, but she said someone else got the call. It was totally LIE. I checked, and there was no call from the restaurant. Then, they dumped two platters on me, mentioning another team canceled their order. I believe they manipulated the order and increased it from one to two platters on my order slip. They dumped the order that other team canceled to my order.

Long story short, these people are not honest and deceive their customers. Don't fall...
