CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Swannanoa

I have been to multiple CVS locations in the Asheville area and have moved my scripts several times. My last CVS store in Swannanoa has been the best one yet. The staff are friendly and caring. Questions are answered and solutions given. I get my meds filled and ready for me to be picked up in a timely manner. Drive through staff are sweet, happy with a smile on their faces and professional in their assistance to the customer. They don’t make the customer feel like a burden. I do wish they would fix the automated system. Not all issues can be addressed through their phone service. Sometimes a simple question can be resolved by phone instead of driving to the store for resolution.
