This business is not customer friendly. I use to do all my shopping here but due to very rude and much higher prices than Bi Lo. I in the last 3 months have done 0 trade with them. If you are a smart buyer you will not shop at the K J s I G A in Sylvania Ga. The worst customer service ever. And after compare their prices are much higher than the Bi Lo. They do not respond to any customer concern's. Unless you are in the store and then will be rude. This store has very poor trade practice. PLEASE BE SMART AND DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. There is usually something I'll need that this story may not carry; limited variety. Also, the produce department could use a refresh in customer satisfaction. On a visit to get fresh collard greens, the associated seemed disturbed when asked to retrieve better collards from the back.
