There is an employee at Werner's Hallmark Shop, 7561 Sylvania Ave., Timberstone Plaza, Sylvania, OH 43560-9735 She is mid to late 50's and has short, died red, kind of a messy looking hair who is terrible! She repeatedly argued with me that I had not yet paid for my cards which I picked out online and paid for through Paypal. I showed her my receipt and everything. She continued to argue with me that I had not been charged for the cards. I told her that if I had not paid for them that I didn't want them and started to walk out. She then said well you won't get charged again just sign here and take your cards. She inadvertently admitted that I already paid for them after she argued with me for more than 5 minutes in front of other customers. It's a beautiful store and has great cards. The ladies at this location have been nothing but friendly, cheerful, helpful, AND efficient each time that I shop here. These are qualities that I cannot say I have always experienced at the other Hallmark location in the area. Just today I stopped in, and the lady at the counter (there is no name on my receipt, or I would definitely mention it!) updated information for me that had been previously missing from my Hallmark account, and she also guided me to the correct card section in order for me to utilize my coupon. Horrible management at this store. They called the police on a man playing beautiful music on his violin so that he could make money to pay his bills, food and diapers for his children. When I asked them why they called the police they had absolutely no sympathy for the man. It's a shame people do not care that others are struggling to make ends meet.
