During my recent visit to Subway, I encountered an exceptionally disappointing interaction with a staff member, a young girl with red hair and glasses, that exemplified poor service. From the moment I approached the counter, her demeanor was unfriendly and unhelpful. She displayed a lack of attentiveness and seemed disinterested in providing any assistance. Her responses were curt and dismissive, leaving me feeling unwelcome. Additionally, she had put in one headphone right before I came up to the counter. This encounter was a stark reminder of the negative impact that a single staff member's attitude can have on a customer's overall experience and unfortunately, I was the customer. I usually go to this subway about four times a month.. I work right around the block from subway.. so tonight at 6:44pm I went there to get dinner. and the two girls that were working were very rude to me.. the one girl was out in the lobby cleaning glass and didn’t wash her hands before she started to making sandwiches.. and I asked her to change her gloves because I am allergic to tomatoes and the customers in front of me got them on both their subs and she gave me an attitude.. like she looked at me and rolled her eyes as she looked away.. than went to grab the tomato’s anyways so I told her again no I can’t have tomatoes. I usually order from the one on Main Street, but lately I’ve had to order from this one because it’s closer to my work. The problem is that they ALWAYS get my order wrong. And tonight was no different. I ordered online and asked for extra veggies (a little less banana peppers) and extra cheese. They did not give me extra anything…not even the cheese I had to pay extra for to get the extra cheese. And when I called…of course they don’t answer. So I’m out of money a sub that I ordered and...
