Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sylvania

Drastically change. According to the estimated time of arrival in the app our order should have been delivered by 6:11pm. At 6:29 I decided to give the restaurant a call seeing as my order said the pizzas were still in the oven after almost an hour. I called and it sent me to hold. I sat listening to Pizza Hut advertisements for 10 minutes before I got a text, while on hold, that my order was out for delivery. So I hung up seeing as nobody wanted to answer the phone anyway. We live 6 minutes from the restaurant. 12 minutes later the pizza was delivered. Parts of the order were incorrect, pizza wasn’t even hot anymore. Overall terrible experience as well as the last time we tried we had a bad experience. There was supposed to be a free large pizza tied to my phone number from the last bad experience but that wasn’t taken off. I am pretty much giving up on at least this Pizza Hut as a reputable establishment and the Pizza Hut app as a whole. Also they need to learn to cut pizzas. Not the biggest deal but how are you always off center...

Today I ordered a pizza and had it delivered. When I opened the door the woman delivering my pizza shoved the receipt for me to sign in my face and did not say a word. I opened my pizza to find the cheese all sliding off and all over the box and the crust was completely RAW. My fiancé called this location and the hung up on him several times and when they finally answered they said the manager was “ too busy” to speak to him and told him they can only give us store credit. My fiancé told them that we will not be eating here again and want our money back not store credit and they continued to be dismissive. My fiancé then asked when the manger would be available and they said tomorrow from 8am-8pm. My fiancé will be going there tomorrow morning after working all night nursing at the hospital. I got pizza delivered and placed the order online so I can't speak to the service or autmosphere but the pizza however is abysmal. I got a stuffed crust pepperoni and the pizza was the literal worst pizza I've ever had. Something was wrong with the crust, somehow undercooked and overcooked at the same time. Very hard and chewy, the bottom has this weird sheen to it.

Seriously, how did Pizza Hut get this bad? I remember as a kid it was decent at least.
