My family and I have always had an absolute wonderful experience here. The food is always amazing. Portion sizes vs prices are spot on. My husband typically struggles to finish his food. When I have ordered breakfast I called in because there isn’t a kids menu, and Michelle goes above and beyond to deliver amazing food at half the cost for my girls. The service is impeccable. When her truck comes to visit us on Lake Tippecanoe we always try to make it over to get food. We have never been disappointed yet. I have recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease and they even started to add a lot of gluten free options. I was ecstatic knowing I would still be able to enjoy the food. It’s very sad to see the way she has been treated by the town of Syracuse. It has been a place that my family enjoyed visiting to eat amazing food, and spend quality time together. We loved to play the games outside, and my girls loved playing in the sand box. It was something we tried to do at least weekly to just catch back up together. It hard to do with busy family, but it was made possible at Twisted Tiki. A place my entire family truly enjoyed. My hope is that the town of Syracuse realizes their horrible mistake, and continues to allow ALL small businesses to thrive in their small community. When one person succeeds, and brings this much joy to a community why try and stop that. It’s only damaging a really beautiful community, and the constituents that live there. I appreciated the option to pre-order my food. It made the whole process seamless. The delivery was prompt, and my food arrived still piping hot. The fries were perfectly seasoned—just the right amount of salt. But the real stars were the lobster grilled cheese and the Bangin shrimp tacos. The lobster grilled cheese was an indulgent delight.
