We recently stopped in because we wanted to go back to Verizon. We have 6 lines and possibly a 7th. We were told there wouldn't be any problems whatsoever. Well, that was definitely not the case. We picked out our phones and they got 5 in. We went in on a Friday and got the account set up, ported 5 lines over, and had to go back on Saturday when they would have the 6th phone. Ok, no big deal. We went back and tried to get the 6th line activated. NOPE, Verizon said we were over our spending limit. So we were stuck. Either give the phones back and go back to Sprint or get a 2nd account. So now we have 2 accounts for 6 phones which means we are paying twice the amount we would have paid through Sprint. Through all of this, we were asked about the insurance. Were told that for $33/month, our 5 phones would be covered. That is not true at all. Looking at Verizon's website, only 3 phones would be covered. I feel stupid because I let myself get lied to again while 3 of my kids who were there. 15, 18 and 21 respectively. I give 2 stars because they were at least very friendly. Overall, our experience was not good. We feel this salesman was shady and didn't have enough knowledge about the product he was selling. I would not recommend this...

She was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life and worst customer service representative I’ve ever met in my life. She was so disrespectful that I literally left the store and just called customer support and had them help me instead even though I had to wait on hold. Never going there again and actually thinking of cancelling my service with them as well. I would rate them zero...

We were shocked when she began deleting apps without asking if she could. I asked what she was doing. She gave the excuse that those hadn't been used in several weeks. I asked if she would like me to do the same on her phone. I didn't see a name badge, only multiple piercings and heavily dyed hair in unicorn colors.
