BrewCity Roasting Company — Restaurant in Syracuse

This was the highlight, and pleasant topper at the end of our multi family weekend getaway! We arrived 30min before closing time, and were still greeted with smiles, friendly recommendations, and conversation. The exterior is welcoming, but entering the store is mind-blowing and difficult to know where to begin with the fabulous description that is BrewCity Roasting company. No detail was spared with the genius nautical themed interior design, from the seating, counter, and right to the bathroom! Owners Derek and Cassandra, former choclatiers, are on site, busy roasting and concocting a number of house made syrups (including the Devine pumpkin spice made with real pumpkin), and other sweet treats. Speaking with them, you can really feel the sense of pride and joy they dedicate to their work in this fine local Cafe. Sometimes when experiencing such a pleasant atmosphere, you might expect to put up with subpar food and drinks, but NOT here! The pumpkin and banana bread were moist, bursting with natural flavor, and overall delicious, as were the raspberry chocolate malt balls that they allowed us to sample, since they were so new they hadn't even been priced yet. The espresso drinks were so good, I ordered two - iced brownsugar latte with oatmilk and a hot pumpkin spice latte - and bought a bag of beans for home! The only complaint I can manage about this incredible little spot, is that it's the only one, and it's 3.5hrs from home!! I can't wait to make it...

Syracuse is lucky to have Brew City! There is so much more they offer than just a coffee shop.

They make all of their breads inside their building. Their sourdough is amazing! Cinnamon rolls to die for! London Tea super awesome! And their McLovin Egg sandwiches are in my opinion their best breakfast item.

Brew City grounds their own beans and sells your own custom blend. So if your a business and you want a blend of your own you have to talk to Cassandra!

The inside is decorated very laker/tourist which is wonderful because more of our businesses in Syracuse should be. We should be known as a resort town and we do not do a good job at it! Cassandra knows what the community including summer visitors want.

The coffee shop will make whatever you would like except for blended drinks. They have cold and hot drinks just not blended.

I have never had a wait here other than about 2 minutes. That is extremely fine by me. They are open on Sundays which the community appreciates.

Expect about 15 or so table seats inside and many couches to enjoy your items. Very relaxing inside. Really love their self service area.

This place is AMAZING! Fantastic service by sweet friendly down to earth people. The decor is so creative, old fashion, and entertaining. The lighting is perfect and adorable. Music choice is mood setting and peaceful but up to date at the same time. The drinks were highly satisfying and the counter with sweetners is fully stocked. The widow side views are pleasant and the seating in the back hallways are private. I was sad they didnt have whipped cream for the drinks and their menu isn't large but it really doesn't have to be with an...
