I always get the C9 special off their take out menu. It is a 4" x 7" container filled half with Pork Fried Rice, half General Tso Chicken, plus two or three florets of steamed broccoli for a yummy garnish. Awful! My husband and I decided to try this place out for lunch. They had absolutely nothing but a scoop full of pudding and a few desert cakes on the buffet. The cook said he had more coming out. We waited around for 15-20 minutes and he finally put some rice and chicken out. We sat down and went to eat the general tso's chicken and it was clearly not done. Pink and stringy almost raw. We left our plates and went somewhere else. We didn't even bother getting a refund because the cook and the front lady were too busy arguing with each other. Don't waste your time or money...

Owners run the place, it's not a "5 star restaurant in means of going out" but it's good food for the money if your in a small town like Syracuse. Food has always been good for the price and cooked correctly over 5 plus years we have ordered carry out.
