Wawasee Bowl — Local services in Syracuse

Always great food! Fun for adults and kids and always a fair price. The wait staff is ALWAYS friendly very attentive to everyone. They are the highlight of this place! The family dining are is very cramped and not appealing (we ate our food next to the lanes). The video game area gives virtual tickets for winning. You purchase a card and choose your credits. It took almost 20 minutes to get a card because the machine wouldn't work! When we finally got it more than a few machines seemed to process our credits but wouldn't let us play! Very disappointing. To top it off, as your credits dwindle down it never left you enough to empty the card. The cheapest machine cost 12 credits but we had 11 left, so if you wanted more credits you had to buy more....$20 minimum! Again, very disappointing. Fix this problem and make the dining area more family friendly with more normal size tables instead of just a place with bar stools, high tables and TV's and I would be MORE THAN HAPPY to give 5 stars and recommend this place...

We were lied to about what time they close!!!!!!!!My wife and I have a place in Webster, so we drove here last night had dinner and planned on bowling for a lil bit. We checked the website and it clearly says the closing time is 11:00pm. We arrived at 10:18 and the older gentleman at the counter literally laughed in our faces and said we close at 10: 30 and that we can't bowl. As we were leaving there was a young lady who was one of the employees asked us why we weren't bowling? My wife explained that the older guy at the counter told her that you guys close at 10:30. Her response was, I've been working here for 7 months and our closing time is 11pm.. it's was clearly a waste of our time and if we knew that would have made other plans. I would not recommend going here they clearly do not care about any new customers and I will be filing a BBB complaint for posting false...

We ordered some nachos that took an entire hour before our “server” that I had to hunt down, told us were never coming… after we left I realized while fastening my seatbelt that I left my coat inside. It was gone within 5 minutes. someone took it and they refused to check the cameras and said “we have no idea, Come back tomorrow” I went back to the table I was seated at. it was gone, and new people were seated. It was a NorthFace winter coat. The fries that we did receive were good, but the service was horrible! Waitress was rude as soon as we walked in the door. The bowling lane that we used malfunctioned to the entire time we were there. I would give zero...
