As soon as I sat in the barber chair, my barber, let's call him Hasune, immediately made me feel at ease. He took the time to listen to my specific haircut preferences and asked me questions to understand exactly what I wanted. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that I was happy with the final result was truly commendable.

Not only did Hasune have impressive technical skills, but he also demonstrated a genuine passion for his craft. So unfortunately I have to leave a bad review for this place because of the horrible customer service we just received. The first time we went here, it was great minus the long wait we had to receive the two haircuts we booked in advance with Miguel. Miguel did a really good job cutting my husbands hair and my sons hair, but like I said, I didn’t appreciate how we had to wait 40 minutes over our booked appointment time.

We ended up booking again with Miguel for my son/husbands cut and we did that on 12JUL. The appointment time was for 10 AM and Miguel texted my husband at 8 AM rescheduling the appointment time to noon, which he agreed to the new time. When my husband left for the appointment time, Miguel texted my husband as he reached the barbershop rescheduling again for 1 PM, now mind you we live in Lacey, over 30 minutes away from here.

My husband ended up completely canceling the appointment altogether and scheduled a new appointment for 13JUL at 1030AM. Again, when my husband left the house this morning almost getting to the barbershop, Miguel texted him and rescheduled the appointment for noon because he was at church. If Miguel knew he was going to church on Sunday at the time of a scheduled appointment, why would he agree to book a client for that time? My husband had to come right back to Lacey and leave again for the appointment time at noon.

My husband gets to the barbershop at his scheduled time and Miguel has a client in his chair. My husband waited and assumed he would be next in line but when the client was finished, Miguel called another client to his chair and said that person was ahead of my husband. After waiting again over 40 minutes for a noon appointment, my husband ended up just leaving without the haircut because my toddler was getting restless, hungry, and didn’t want to wait any longer.

Lost our previous barber to relocation and have been searching for a new barber for my 17 old son and I. Made appointment request through Booksy, but was unable to get it confirmed. Showed up today just prior to opening and was greeted by Hasune. Even though he had a scheduled appointment coming he immediately started on my sons cut. As a result of our unsuccessful barber search our hair was in terrible condition. Hasune created rapport with both of us and established what type of cut my son was looking to get. Hasune also immediately called another barber to cut my hair so as to not inconvenience me or his scheduled appointment. In about 15 minutes a second barber arrived and got started on my cut. My barber was Abdul and he was excellent. He was a nice combination of personal interaction and professionalism.
