KFC — Restaurant in Tacoma

AWFUL, UNCLEAN AND RUDE WORKERS. I work for a delivery service and when I went through the drive thru to order, the drive thru person sounded overwhelmed and didn't take the order for 5 minutes. I ordered the food and when the worker heard it, she said it'll be about 23 minutes and I said fine - and then she came back 2 minutes after and she told me that her manager said since they're close to closing (45 minutes out mind you) that they aren't going to be cooking anymore chicken. So I told my customer and she called the KFC to verify and they told her something complerely different. They said the wait would be 23 minutes but that I didn't want to wait and so since that was a complete lie I went back to the KFC and went inside. I told the manager on duty that my customer and I got two completely different stories, and the manager ARGUED WITH ME. She said "no DUDE I did NOT say that" and was giving an awful, disgusting attitude -- when the drive thru worker came to the front the manager asked her if she dealt with an order like mine and the girl looked sheepish. Seemed to me that since my order was big, she didnt want to take it because when I went inside they were still cooking chicken despite telling me they werent. Then when the manager realized she was wrong, she didnt apologize at all and told another worker "ok well can you put some chicken in so we can get out at 10?" She VISIBILY, VERBALLY showed her misery at work and that she was lazy and trashy. The order was cancelled from the customer so I got stuck with the food but THANK GOD IT WAS CANCELLED because they didnt even put the lid to the gravy on properly which caused the gravy to SPILL and didnt give 4 free cinnabon biscuits like I was supposed to get with a massive order. They have no idea what bbq sauce is. I wanted thick bbq sauce that has marinated the chicken. What I got was a liquid squirt of imitation water down bbq flavor if u could even call it that. On the positive side the strawberry lemonade was terrific but the serving size needs to be bigger. The mash potatoes and gravy were also excellent. The potatoe wedges were a bit thin and crunchy and need improvement. Overall selection of desert is very limited. The drink selection is stawberry lemonade or iced tea or various types of soda. The staff was helpful and did their job appropriately however I can not recall a single person smile at me or show that they were happy to have customers in there establishment. What more can I say except KFC has really gone downhill in the last years. The increase in prices for smaller portions and limited selection and cutting corners on quality like subsituting bbq sauce (where u could buy a whole bottle of real bbq for $1.00) and I don't know what to call what the gave me as subsitution but water down liquid has really hurt their business. Also let us face it, if the help is not happy that your there... then chances are u wont feel welcome enough to want to be...

Worst fast food experience we have had in years, the crew was slow, sloppy and clueless. We waited at the counter basically unnoticed and ignored while the crew fumbled through orders slowly, inevitably getting them wrong anyway. We waited nearly 10 minutes without even so much as a nod to acknowledge our presence, and they were nnot busy. We finally placed a simple order of 3 Famous Bowl meal deals. Simple order. Now we waited nearly another 10 minutes while once again trying to get their attention to get our to go drink cups. Then at the self serve drink area, there were no lids or napkins available, and received a deer in the headlight look when we asked for them. While waiting again my fiancee and I were noticing the terrible conditions. The cook area was filthy and unorganized, the floor obviously hadn't been swept for hours. Long story short, finally received our order. Once to our destination we noticed that all three bowls were under heated, chicken over cooked and the potatoes not mixed properly.
