Something has changed and not for the better. The Customer Service desk no longer prioritizes customer service. They will have staff count the till between shift changes while at the counter, and simply say "sorry for the wait"... For up to 10 minutes. 3-5 associates standing behind the counter, and a long line of customers not being served. Stopped in for some lunch, had a few choices some I'm just now thinking of. Two fried chicken places a Chinese restaurant a sandwich shop and a Beef O'Brady's. Didn't have a lot of time so I chose the chicken place Popeyes. Stop in the Publix Supermarket to get some dinner but guess somebody drop the ball and was no rotisserie chicken ready to go. I was told the wait for rotisserie chicken was 45 minutes... no kidding. The chicken wings only two boxes left look like they were there for hours. I consider this important because this is the only Publix 15 miles from Crawfordville.
