This has been our go to for Chinese food for over 15 years. the food is good and I don't think there is a dish they offer that some of us haven't tried. Tonight we ordered 3 combination platters, Beef Lo mein, beef and broccoli and sweet and sour pork. They each came with an egg roll and they aren't stingy with portions. the food is considerably above average for store front take out. Their won tons are wonderful and is something we add on often. We agree that if you want better food then New Stars , you have to go to a sit down place and even that isn't always better for the food. Dning area is small, adequate and clean. It's a small take out place for the majority. Prices are good we usually spend about 34/35 bucks if we don't get soup or wontons. with tax. Food, service is quick and friendly. I'm sorry I apologize. I must admit that I had placed an incorrect review in this site. Was there today and the restaurant is Alive and Kicking. Nevertheless the food remains lackluster and services questionable depending on which day of the week it is. Obviously I mean no consistency in meals. One of the cornerstones of a good restaurant is film consistency in the food that is dispensed from the kitchen to the customer. There's a lot to be desired. I will be giving it a 2 start ranking. On the keto diet so my options are limited. I was specific that I only wanted steak and broccoli ONLY no rice and no egg roll. I was over charged and when I asked why the amount was so high the cashier started speaking in Chinese and then argued with me in English. When my food came out I had rice all over my steak and broccoli plus an egg roll. He then tried to come out and show me on the menu where I was wrong and how much it cost which he should have done before arguing with me. When I clarified and pointed at the cheaper steak and broccoli ONLY option on the menu he got upset, snatched my food and walked away telling me goodbye and have a nice day. Got the food back STILL WRONG and left....
