Waffle House — Restaurant in Tallahassee

My friend and I just ate a great, hot meal at Waffle House off Capital Circle SW (store 1527). It was PACKED, but the people working were killing it. Destiny helped the line that stayed out the door check out and order to go. Julia, Mindy, Sheri, and Kiara were more patient with people who were cranky from being in line with calm, professional patience. The entire cook line stayed organized snd quietly communicated. I was particularly impressed with the way Kelsey (who is brand new) cleared tickets from the grill with the help of Tee, who was a perfect mentor. Tee just gave advice and guidance so that it all went smooth as possible. The ring leader was Mo. she kept the whole crew running smooth. She solved problems, communicated clearly, and just had the patience of the lord. I’m just happy I sat at the counter so I could appreciate all that went into feeding half of Tallahassee...

original commenta good place to eat. most of the wait staff is friendly, all the cooks know how to cook ( we all know what I mean) UPDATED 6-24-2022 REFUND WAS GIVEN went in for dinner on the 3rd shift to place a to go order. was dead as usual.the cook and 2 of the 3 waitresses are a hot mess! they very loudly complained about other members of staff who arent doing their job, because of this the waitress that handled my order missed items that come with the food and an item we paid for. I find it beyond funny that as they complained they were failing at their jobs as well, which isnt the first time the staff has complained with customers in the dining room.Idc how bad it is where you work you NEVER complain about it in front customers, we are your top priority and yall failed me tonight so I've changed my rating from 4 stars to 1 and they don't even...

So today we went to Waffle House. Couldn't get my coffee refilled and they never brought our bacon. When I went to the register, rather than deducting the price of a side of bacon they wanted to change my order to cost more. So I paid for the bacon they didn't even offer to box up that they hadn't brought. It's not like they didn't know we were waiting on it. They brought the rest of our meal and said they would be right back with it, then came by again to drop off the check before bringing the bacon.
