I have been coming to, and working at, the Terror of Tallahassee for 10+ years. The owner is one of the hardest working and most accommodating people I know. What saddens me is that the poor reviews of the haunt shown here do not reflect any attempt at trying to give the folks at Terror of Tallahassee a chance to resolve the conflicts reported--which would have happened immediately and without issue. The issue has since been addressed (which I confirmed today). This place strives to continue to be Tallahassee's (and north Florida's) best haunted attraction year-round. TOT always invite ANY feedback (whether positive or negative) without judgment, it is only requested that you please also give them a fair chance to try to correct any issues before leaving a permanent stain on the internets.

On behalf of TOT, I am so very sorry to hear that the folks with poor reviews had bad experiences at the haunt. Please know that while this business is designated for amusement, complaints and problems are taken very seriously and are corrected as quickly as possible. I have never witnessed the owner make an unfair, immoral, or illegal decision when it comes to this place and its customers. The moment I do, I'll leave my own negative review. But there's a reason that I've been coming back for over ten years, and there's a reason I invest my own money into this business year after year: to bring exciting and safe fun to our community, and to keep loyal supporters (and newbies) intrigued and coming back for more. Haunted Houses--good ones--are a rarity, and this is one you can feel good about supporting.

Wow. This is truly a gem of talloween. I would love to come here every year even if they don't change anything. I have been to a few haunted houses, but none of this caliber. The actors there are PHENOMENAL. They are dedicated to scaring you and I promise you they WILL. Of course, you do have to want to be scared just a little. Suspend some disbelief. Those of you that are hyper-logical boring people that want to see the errors in everything, haunted houses as a whole just aren't for you. Nonetheless I bet you'd still have fun at this one hehe. There are some parts of the house that are epic, independent of scary actors. The set design is simply fantastic, and there was only one moment where I felt like there could have been more scary pieces. As for everything else, getting the tickets and getting inside was easy and simple. Every outside staff member was nice as well. To be honest, they should charge more. That's how good it was. I highly recommend you go here for halloween. I don't know how the line was not 10x longer...Make it longer....

Everyone was very good until the end where the maze is, when a vampire guy continued making rape jokes and pushing us with his stomach. When we asked him to stop he got offended and yelled at us. He also pushed one person in our group into a corner who would then go on to have a panic attack and instead of stopping he continued getting in their face and screaming. We finally were able to stand them up and he continued targeting and cornering the person having the panic attack then got mad when we put a hand on his shoulder and asked him to stop. This stop was like 5-10 minutes which I know was not supposed to happen. However a lady that was dressed up was nice and showed us the way out. The guy was very unprofessional and ruined the night, I'm sorry to have to give a bad review to this house when it was really...
